The Ultimate Nashville Airbnb Experience! Custom 4 BR/3BA 3200 square foot house only 4 miles from Downtown Nashville! This house has it ALL including a stage, gym, glam room, hot tub, game room, 2 decks, fire pit, and 9 beds! Experience Nashville's only Airbnb with a music venue! Perfect for any type of large group, the entertainment options are endless. Karaoke and guitars provided! The house is on 1 full acre and feels completely secluded but is only 4 miles from Downtown!

The two story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom, a bath, and the gym downstairs. Two decks provide tons of outside space, and there is ample parking. Bedroom layout is a king room, two queen/queen rooms, and a bunk room with two twin/twin adult size bunk beds.

Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

You will have access to the entire house, hot tub, and 2 decks.

Although we are always available 24/7 for all your needs, we will not be present on the property during your stay.

Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Awesome for kids and kids at heart.

This was probably the most utilized VRBO that we have stayed in. It was close to everything and it was extremely clean.

We recently stayed at BNA Blue in Nashville, Tennessee, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfectly central, making it easy to access all the attractions we wanted to explore while still being nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.The house itself was immaculate, with a thoughtful layout that catered seamlessly to both kids and adults. Everyone in our group loved the karaoke and pool table setup—it was a hit for evening entertainment—as well as the hot tub, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day of activities.The kitchen was another highlight for us, stocked with everything we could possibly need, from utensils and cookware to basic spices. It felt like a home away from home, and these thoughtful touches really stood out.This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning to this exact place in the future. Great place! Excellent location!

This place is great. Lots of entertainment at the house to keep you busy during downtime. The host was awesome & ensured that we were happy. We’ve stayed at several locations throughout Nashville & so far this was our favorite since it was centrally located & a quick Uber ride to any destination. Thank you Cousins!

PERFECT!

Everything about the house was perfect, from the location to the airport and Broadway, to the amount of bedrooms, the size of the kitchen and eating area, the outside decks and the amount to do in the basement was all spectacular. We had so much fun.

Nashville Concert Trip

Home was lovely and perfectly located between downtown and the Opryland area. Downstairs game room entertained everyone especially the virtual golf game. We will definitely rebook a stay when we are back in Nashville.

Great Nashville Getaway!

We had a couples trip to Nashville and Cousins BNB was great! The house was exactly as listed and we enjoyed all of the fun amenities like the hot tub, games and karaoke! We had an issue with the internet and the hosts managed it right away and had the repair company out as soon as possible. Thank you a great weekend!

Great stay for a family get-a-way

We chose this for our stay in Nashville as a place to hang out together, and also to experience a little of downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. The house is well maintained and offered many entertainment options. Golden Tee was a hit for my golf loving sons and husband. We also loved the hot tub and Karaoke setup/stage. The app they used for information about the house and area was very helpful and appreciated. There is an awesome Publix 3 miles down the road. My 4 adult age kids and daughter in law enjoyed the space very much. The house was very well stocked with basic amenities for cooking and staying in for the day if wanted. The house worked great for our group of 7, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend for groups much larger than 8-9 adults, as seating at the table and in the basement area is limited. Andy, the manager, was responsive when checking in.

Nashville Spring break 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the Cousins BNB! Great location close to everything. 3 couples and 5 kids stayed and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. We made the most of our trip at a concert, zip lining, hiking, axe throwing and fun walking around shopping. This house was conveniently located to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Wonderful "home-base" during our trip to Nashville. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities. Ideal location....only 10 min Lyft ride to downtown but in a quiet neighboorhood. Great place to spend time recovering from escapades in the city. Owners very responsive. We would stay here again.

40th birthday

Had a great stay! Communication was great. Anything we needed they were on top of it. Close to downtown. Uber every where and it was reasonable and fast. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the upper and lower decks!!! Would come back there again!

Great friends weekend!

We are a group of friends from college (all over 40 now!) who meetup once a year to hang out together for a long weekend. The house was perfect for us - convenient to Nashville (easy to Uber anywhere) with plenty to do to keep a group of 11 occupied. The house had a lot of great common space and plenty of bedroom space and we always felt like we had a lot of room. Highly recommended for your next group get together.

Son's Surprise 40th Birthday

This was a great property for our family event! Very easy checkin. Something for everyone to do. As Air N B's ourselves, we appreciated the size and layout of this home in its ability to accommodate a large, age diverse group. Also the location is beautiful and very convenient to the airport and downtown. Management was very gracious in allowing a later check out so we could visit and take more pictures with family members before embarking on our journeys home. Would highly recommend!

will definitely stay here again

this house was a great house to celebrate my bach party with 10 girls. The house was in a cute neighborhood on a deadend street with no neighbors to the left of the house and backed up to wooded area for privacy. The glam room was a perfect spot to drink, blare music and get ready to hit the night on the main strip in Nashville. And if you didn't want to go out, the basement was a nice hang out spot as well with gaming and karaoke. Already looking forward to scheduling my next trip back, and booking this house.

40th Bday/Girls Trip

We had 13 women coming down to Nashville for a long weekend to celebrate a 40th bday. The house was perfect; plenty of beds, bathrooms and seating for all of us. We especially loved the glam room and hot tub. The deck out back was peaceful and a great place to drink coffee in the morning. We didn’t make use of the basement but we all wished we had one more night to stay and enjoy all of the amenities the house had to offer. The property manager/owner was very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

10/10 would rebook!

We used as a quick family getaway at the last minute however this house accommodated for everyone. Had ages from 4yrs to 65yrs. Everyone had something of interest. Perfect home for big family, bachelorette, girls trip whatever you need they have it! Hot tub was cherry on top of everything! Also appreciated the book with suggested hot spots to your liking! plenty of space as well, but location was perfect many food, convenience/ grocery stores and downtown was 5 min! Great house highly recommend!

Great Home

Very nice. Had large group of family and friends for 50th bday trip. There was some things that need up keep: grill doesnt work, no screens on windows so couldnt open at night. Wished there was a sofa in main livibg room, no room to relax off kitchen.

Group Stay

I was very pleased with this VRBO. We had a group of 9 that came down for my 40th Bday. House had everything we needed plus some!! Location was great, short ride to downtown. Our group really enjoyed the games that the house had to offer plus the hot tub was perfect after a night of dancing! I do only have one thing to mention; My husband and I had an inconvenience with our room. Andy was great working with us, however being the main guest, we had to sleep on the downstairs couch for 3 nights. Not my idea of a bed.... lol I hope they got the kinks out! All in all; a very nice place to stay!! :)

Fun family house close to amenities and downtown

Our family had a blast at the house! Great grill for food, we had lots of fun with the karaoke and guitars for our kids to do performances. Ping pong and the hot tub were a huge hit too! Importantly, the closest grocery store was an easy 5 minute drive away. Getting downtown was also easy and very close, maybe 15 minutes to get to parking next to Broadway. (We used the Library lot, which seemed a cheaper option). The house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, linens, blankets making the stay a bit more professional and hotel-like. Really appreciated the little extra efforts! We would happily stay here again!

Nice Girl's trip location

The property is exactly as advertised on website. Very clean. The neighborhood isn't the best, but really doesn't matter much. Ubers typically come in 5-10 minutes so that works out well. The only suggestion I would make is that the propane tank was empty to sit outside. There should be a backup on property. Also, it would be nice if there was a first floor couch. The area is big enough in the kitchen. We sat outside because of it, lots of chairs but that would be nice. Also, the bathroom and bedroom doors need some WD40! Very squeaky so woke people up during the night. A very small complaint as overall the property was fantastic! These are just suggestions to make it better. The property owner was easy to reach with questions we had and very receptive. I definitely would recommend to girl's trip seekers and families. Very fun place!

The noise monitor VRBO

The property delivered as advertised except for the noise monitors that are located on the exterior of the home. This place is set up to have fun, sing karaoke, play ping pong and other games, along with a hot tub on the downstairs back deck. The sign in the house near the front door says “no noise after 10pm out front of the home”. With giving respect to that sign, we kept our hangout spots on decks on the backside of the home. The back of the home is secluded and hides most noise where the hot tub and back porch is located. You definitely know when the noise monitors go off through out the home when to much noise is outside of the home after 10pm. Seems a bit excessive since the noise monitor alarms were four times louder then the noise we were making by talking and listening to music on a hand held portable speaker on half volume that fits into the palm of your hand. The second time the noise monitors went off I was at 10:10pm when we were doing karaoke inside the home with the back door cracked open to let in fresh air. All and all, I understand that people who rent the home must be respectful to the property owners neighbors, however I’ve never seen noise control taken to this extreme. A simple text or email usually gets the point across about creating to much noise as I have only ever have had 1 email one time that I have rented VRBO’s and other house rental agencies among 21 states over the past 7 years.
