Le Récit "🙂 Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in guter Lage 🙁 Wir waren 14 Tage dort und hatten versucht gegen Aufpreis für 1 Bett frische Bettwäsche zu erhalten. Dies war nicht möglich. Es war telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Auf die Mailboxnachricht hat niemand geantwortet. E-Mails wurden dann allgemein beantwortet (Die zusätzliche Bettwäsche kostet x EUR). Die Beauftragung wurde aber nie durchgeführt. Es liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass der Hauptsitz der Verwaltung dieser Wohnung in einer anderen Stadt liegt und vor Ort kein Ansprechpartner ist."

Le Récit "The listing was in a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, small mall, farmer’s market on Thursdays, and a short walk to the center of town, kid’s carousel, and Thabor park. The apartment was very roomy, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a well designed kitchen that had everything needed to cook. Some things to note, as others have said there is little sound proofing. For us it was tolerable since we have a child and after a while we got used to it. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. It’s an older building so sometimes the breaker would trip if using multiple appliances in the kitchen but it was an easy fix by flipping a switch in the apartment. Lastly, towards the end of the stay, we realized that the heaters shut off at night. Didn’t impact us much since it didn’t get cold until the end of our stay and so we didn’t bring it up with host. We would stay here again!"

Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, prévoir des bouchons d’oreille car l’immeuble est ancien et on entend les locataires de l’étage au dessus. Pour nous cela n’a posé aucun problème. Disappointing Stay

The Rennes apartment was misrepresented in that the list clearly indicated that it included "one paid on street parking" but we were required to pay for on street parking on the day of arrival and later for a week parking pass in a public parking lot about a block away. An appeal for reimbursement of parking costs to the property manager was denied. The apartment was cold throughout our stay and could not be adjusted warmer. We could not get the microwave or or the TV to work and requests for help were essentially ignored. Vrbo we are due refund for our stay. Vrbo needs to do a better job of making sure that their listings are accurately represented.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem Problem mit der Heizung wurde uns schnell vom Verwalter geholfen.

Lovely property with good location

Just as nice as it looks in the photos and the location is great! We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. There were all the utensils and cookware we needed to prepare nice meals. Highly recommend.
