Charming estate ideal for families and friends between Rennes and Saint-Malo

This property, partially surrounded by old walls, is completely enclosed, it receives the sun all day long, and offers great resources to enjoy the place: swimming pool secured by an electric shutter in front of the house, park at the back of the house, meadows, orchard, various terraces.
You can meet around the swimming pool or the outdoor bbq, but you can just as easily isolate yourself on one of the terraces or in a corner of the park and live your moments of rest with tranquility.

The configuration of the main house and the access to the rooms, as well as the configuration of the second building called the dovecote, allow everyone, as a couple or not, with children or not, to find the space that suits them to preserve their privacy and thus have a serene stay.

The large kitchen of the main house, with its adapted equipment, allows cooking lovers to indulge their passion. The central plan of the kitchen includes a hob with gas hob, an electric fryer, a very large electric oven to accommodate several dishes.
The fridge with its freezer part is of large capacity. Complete this equipment is a microwave oven, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso, many pans and large cooking equipment.
The kitchen has the advantage of opening directly to the back of the house directly onto the park and also to the two galleries, one of which is actually used in the summer as a dining room.

The small fully equipped kitchen in the dovecotes allows the addition of a second fridge/freezer for large groups, but also to give autonomy to those who stay there to prepare a coffee, a meal for the children for example.

Board games and a number of books for all generations are available. Outdoor games are also available: ping-pong table; petanque balls; Tölki bowling and pool games.
If the downstairs room of the house with a sofa bed is not occupied as a bedroom, this room, which is called the "small living room", is dedicated to games and is often used by children who then find their space independent of the large living room.

In the surrounding area, in addition to the sea 30 minutes away, St Malo 40 minutes away, it is possible to walk in the hilly countryside, cycle along the Ille et Rance canal which passes not far from the property, go horse riding, golf, go to the leisure centre of the Etang du Boulet, visit the Bourbansais animal park or visit Rennes.
Small convenience shops in St Médard sur Ille (5 minutes by car) and excellent food shops and super market/fuel 10 minutes by car (Melesse).

Saint-Médard sur Ille has a train station and is located on the Rennes – Saint-Malo line so that it is very easy for some to reach La Closerie by train.

If you want special services, an ecosystem exists so that local service providers or merchants can help you.

From a health point of view, a pharmacy and doctors are in Melesse (10 minutes by car). Rennes with its university hospital and special paediatric department are quickly accessible. Or the emergency room of the excellent Saint-Grégoire clinic (15/20 minutes by car) can welcome you.
