The villa "Chantanick"

The villa "Chantanick" has just been restored in its typical style of the 50s. Located in a very quiet street, where parking is easy, 200m from the family beach of Foncillon, 500m from the thalassotherapy center of the Cordouan hotel and the Palais des congrĂšs, less than 1km from the covered market. The cottage, located on the ground floor, is ideal for a family with young children.

It overlooks an enclosed garden with the entire rear part is privatized and organized to take meals and sunbathing. Newly built, it consists of an entrance, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a large kitchen with pantry, a large dining room / lounge, a bathroom Italian shower. Complete house linen provided and included. Mandatory paying service to pay on arrival: end of stay cleaning 70 €.

Possibility of reduction (-10%) on the rental price only in the period excluding High and Very High Season, on proof of a Thalassotherapy reservation at the Cordouan Hotel, an event at the Palais des CongrĂšs, during your stay.

Gite Chantanic

location tres propre et tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e, mais nous avons passĂ© notre sejour avec la porte de l’entree qui nous restait dans les mains . L’annonce presente une villa qui en fait n’est qu’un gite au rez de chaussĂ©e ( sans preciser qu’il y a des locataires) a l’etage. Et tres peu de communication avec la propriĂ©taire, qui ÂŽa juste appele a notre arrivĂ©e pour me preciser que Abritel s’était trompĂ© dans l’annonce et que je devais regler la consommation d’électricitĂ© en plus de la facture initiale. J’ai du repreciser a cette dame la teneur du contrat correspondant a l’annonce Abritel et elle l’a admis les faits mais m’a fait la morale en me rappelant mon devoir de correction et de bonne tenue . Tres desagreable pour un debut de sejour et ce fut le seul contact avec les propriĂ©taires !! Tres bon accueil par la personne chargĂ©e de la gestion de la location.

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen - nahe beim Zentrum und beim Strand. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Organisation (putzen und Check-in) hat nicht so gut geklappt: Vorher abklÀren lohnt sich.

Impeccable mais manque de communication

Superbe maison. Tout y est. Le problÚme est qu'on a eu aucune communication avec le gérant. On ne connaissait pas la procédure pour repartir. On a fait au mieux, mis le linge maison sur les lits, nettoyé la maison et reparti comme on est arrivé. La personne devait nous contacter mais rien. Ca n'enlÚve en rien la qualité de l'hébergement.
