Located on the 3rd floor (no lift; narrow, steep staircase) with a floor area of 30 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests, it comprises a living area with a lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Four-star hotel-quality bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A sitting area with a double sofa bed and a TV
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher
- A bedroom with a double bed (two single beds that can be separated)
- A bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer
- A separate toilet

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Neighbourhood and activities:
- Museums, the Cathedral, a walk along the ramparts; guided tours are available by contacting the tourist office located at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside
- From Place St-Vincent, you’ll find bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town
- On Rue de l’Orme, also known as the ‘gourmet street’, you’ll discover some excellent local produce
- On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l’Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d’Or, enjoy Sunday brunch at the Maison Générale for a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes (please note: booking recommended), and discover the charming restaurant Le Cargo Culte in a friendly atmosphere, serving home-cooked dishes, tarts, salads, open sandwiches and soups, all set against a vintage décor.
- In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St-Patrick’s, a bistro vibe at Java with its swings, or – for beer lovers – L’Aviso, which will delight you with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, head to La Fabrique, and if you prefer a sailing and nautical atmosphere, down by the harbour along the Bassin Vauban, you can raise a glass at La Trinquette!

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, public car parks are subject to a charge; the nearest one is the ‘Parking Théâtre’.

Further notes:
- The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift, accessed via a fairly narrow and steep spiral staircase which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- This flat is equipped with Wi-Fi.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you’ll find 4* hotel-quality bed linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags.

Self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station, a 30-minute walk from the accommodation or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 2 and 8.

A in-person welcome: in this case, you’ll be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat, share their top local tips with you and hand over the keys.
