El dormitorio principal contiene una cama king y acceso privado al baño principal, así como un televisor de pantalla plana. También tiene una puerta de balcón con acceso al balcón envolvente. La suite principal tiene una gran vista del Golfo de México.

El segundo dormitorio es perfecto para los niños o toda la familia con 2 camas queen (¡habitación enorme!) que duermen cómodamente 4. Esta habitación también tiene un baño completo propio y TV.

El sofá de la sala se despliega en un sofá cama.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located in the "quiet" side of PCB, but still convenient to many of the area attractions and restaurants. The condo is well-appointed and appropriately furnished with comfortable seating and beds. The view is ideal, with a wrap-around balcony that affords wonderful views of the Gulf, the strip and the Bay. Sunsets are magical.

First and foremost the kitchen was dirty. The counters were not cleaned off. The kitchen utensils were disgusting in the drawer and ontop of counter. The kitchen drawers definitely need scrubbed and some attention given. The screen door doesn't work on slider door. The door handle feel off the first day and had to wait for maintenance to fix it. Asked maintenance to replace outside light bulb at entrance door. The whole condo had a musty smell when we would return each time. Best part was the view and quiet location. Communication from property management is poor.

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing… we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Noise from construction jackhammers surrounding us and on our bedroom balcony woke us up and made it impossible to rest during the day or enjoy the ocean front balcony for weeks; Bedroom balcony not available for 6 weeks; Problems with toilets not flushing; Pool wasn’t open for over 2 weeks due to construction & scaffolding; car wrapped in plastic when they were going to begin painting - no warning. No advance warning regarding construction onsite or pool closure.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

Very good location, condo very comfortable with wrap around balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets not to mention the ocean view. The place needed just a few adjustments. Would stay there again.

Family Vacation

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

We loved our stay! The condo was very relaxing and felt like home. Only complaint was both showers drained very very slowly. Everything we needed was in there. Awesome view of beach and away from hustle and bustle of traffic.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Plenty of closet space and dresser space. Plenty of lighting throughout. The wrap around balcony was nice! There was a lounge chair, small table with a few chairs out there. Plenty for the 4 of us. Beach view was amazing! Got to watch the sunset every night. The ac worked perfectly as well. Very nice having a washer & dryer too. Not much negative stuff i can say about this condo. We were told the double beach lounge with an umbrella was 50 a day to rent on the beach. Theres not a lot of attractions nearby, but st. Andrews state park is 5 minutes down the road. 8 per vehicle 2-8 people. The beaches there are very nice and theres bodies of water that are calm for little kids and people wanting to learn how to snorkel. Shelling on the beach by the condo isnt great at all. Better off going to st. Andrews state park. Found tons of letter olives there. Went to shell island as well. First took the ferry, be ready for a WALK. And shelling isnt great there either. The water/waves were a little rough to snorkel on the gulf side. Water quality: amazing! Crystal clear, turquoise blue water. Little chilly, but you get used to it pretty quick. Took a boat charter out to see the dolphins, shelling, and snorkeling. I highly recommend Anchor Charters for small families. Capt. Chris was a great capt for us. He will find different sea creatures and do a show & tell and you can also hold them. Very knowledgeable, kind, person!

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Great location

Great location. Needs new rug and carpet! Also the kitchen was not stocked with pans. Also the drawers in the kitchen were broken, so it was hard to pull out the drawers. Needs updating for the price you pay!

Family Vacation Had a blast!!!

This condo was everything we expected.. Very quit on this end of town! This condo has the biggest balcony for view of the beach/ocean or you can walk to the side balcony and view out towards Thomas drive, also had another balcony from one of the rooms even though we didn't utilize it it was there! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean condo. Short walk to the beach. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Elevators was never a long wait. Very pleased with our stay here. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

Not as pictured. Dirty rugs, moldy shower curtain, worn down patio furniture and only 3 chairs, one was broken, toilet would not flush and called maintenance teice
