Ubicado en el corazón de la región vinícola de Niagara-on-the-Lake, nuestro sótano recientemente renovado da la bienvenida a los viajeros a nuestra granja familiar con:

- nivel inferior completo
- 2 camas queen
- sala de estar privada y baño

A solo unos pasos de nuestros viñedos y huertos de duraznos y complementados con senderos para caminar por viñedos, WIFI, café Keurig, té y avena instantánea, y a solo minutos en coche del centro de NOTL y las Cataratas del Niágara.

Nuestro espacio es una recámara de concepto abierto recientemente renovada y una sala de estar en el nivel inferior de nuestra casa. Somos un alquiler a corto plazo que es legal, registrado en nuestra ciudad y debidamente asegurado. Importante de entender: vivimos arriba y el espacio está conectado por una puerta cerrada a nuestra casa. Usted escuchará el 100% de nuestro ruido, y es una granja, así que nos levantamos temprano en la mañana. Siempre seremos lo más considerados posible, pero no espere un silencio completo.

NOTA: NO hay cocina en este espacio y NO hay microondas (solo una cafetera Keurig, un sistema de agua fría y caliente filtrada y una mini nevera), y el desayuno es de autoservicio (avena instantánea, café, té).

Erica's downstairs guest apartment is perfect for all needs. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the place felt closer to a hotel than staying in someone's house. Super easy for a comfortable stay. New to vrbo, but not new to hosting (they are very experienced). Would 100% stay again next time visiting the NOTL area.

Wonderful location

We so enjoyed our stay in Erica's accommodation. The room was large, clean and beautiful. The location was minutes from downtown Niagara on the Lake. The accommodation was easy to access and Erica was extremely helpful when we needed to add a cot for our 4th guest.

Shaw Festival visit

The accommodations were perfect for a long weekend. Beds were so comfortable and the place was very clean. Easy to find and it had everything that we needed. I would suggest having some decaf Keurig cups. I would definitely consider this location for future trips!

Terrific experience, best location, Host is the best! Very 'cozy', away from the hussle & bussel! Location is literally surrounded by vinyards & fruit trees of all kinds. Easy 30 min drive to Niagra Falls experience Niagra on the Lake is a gem for shopping and great local eateries.

Great Experience and Location

My wife and I had a great time while staying at this VRBO. The hose, Erica, was very helpful and pleasant to be with. The pictures do not due justice to this VRBO. It is located on a farm and very near Niagara on the Lake, a wonderful location. We highly recommend this destination.

Visit to the wine country

We had a wonderful time staying at this basement unit. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were lots of games and books to utilize during lazy rest periods. Communication with our host was easy, and she had lots of recommendations of where to go. The description of the unit was accurate. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great location

Pros: Super easy location only a few mins from downtown NOTL, great recommendations from owner on dining, owners shared the most delicious peaches straight off their trees, plenty of coffee and cold filtered water available, super fast communication with owner and they fulfilled our requests for things quickly. Cons: You really can hear EVERY step they make upstairs like mentioned in their description. You have to walk past some stairs to the bathroom with a direct view of the entrance and the driveway (out a window) so maybe take a robe! Only small cheap coffee mugs and powdered creamer provided for morning coffee and who doesn't love a good heavy mug? A fan was provided after we requested, That helped with air flow and noise. Owner requests to remove shoes which is a little annoying. Overall very nice, clean. Lots of books and games provided if you like that.

Perfect Homebase in Niagara

We booked this property for a 4 night stay near Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. It was a great location with easy access to NOTL, the Falls, and many wineries and restaurants. The apartment is as advertised - bottom level of a farmhouse and no full kitchen, but it was clean, comfortable, and a perfect respite each evening. The beds were very comfortable! Erica was very helpful and communicated promptly. We highly recommend.

Niagara on the Lake

The rental was perfect …..location wise, all wineries and Niagara on the Lake town all within 20 minutes. We came up for the wineries and they did not disappoint and the town is lovely right on Lake Ontario …our hosts were great, when I had a question it was answered very timely and efficiently. Getting into properly was effortless Walking around their private vineyards was a nice way to start the day. The property is well maintained and very clean. Would definitely recommend this rental property. Restaurants in old town and wineries are 5 star for sure. Another plus, if your a dog lover their dog Oswin is such a sweetie if you want some love if not he does not bother you

Great spot!

Great location, large basement room with large seating area (incl tv and games) and two comfortable queen beds. Lovely bathroom (if you’re over 6’ duck to get through the door) plus a Keurig and supplies for morning coffee or tea. Also mini fridge and instant oatmeal should you want it. We used this for a “girlfriend’s getaway” and it was perfect. When we were done shopping we came back and sat in the lovely cool room and rested and talked. We even ordered delivery from the Thai place on NOTL. Erica was great to work with, responded promptly to any questions and check-in was a breeze with a code to the door which led right to the stairs down to the suite. Would definitely stay again!
