Beautiful apartment, luxuriously restorated
Beautiful 4 stars apartment, luxuriously restorated to new with a lot of detail. It is located on 3rd floor (no elevator) of a magnificient XVIIIth century lime stone building, it overlooks Cours de l'Intendance, right in the heart of Bordeaux's Golden Triangle.
You will be enchanted by the amazing light, due to the large windows looking south, by the hight of the ceilings (3,7 meters) and the style of the ancien finish, with preserved woden panels and the typical cornices, all wonderfully restored. The very modern kitchen is perfectly integrated. You will find a modern and distinguished decoration.
The apartment has a large living room, with a large TV, hidden in a wooden panel cupboard, a fully equipped and modern kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker), the large hallway, opens onto the 2 independent bedrooms: one has a large double bed (160x200 cm) and it's own bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, the second one has 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and a shower and wash bassin corner. The seperate toilets also have a wash bassin.
From this rental you will be able to easily take advantage of the city of Bordeaux.
Cours de l'Intendance is one of the most famous streets of the city. Tourist information Office, transports (tramway stop “Grand Theater” is just 50 meters away) cinémas, The Grand Theater, and all the best addresses are just down the road. You will also find many luxurious and worldwide famous boutiques (Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Nespresso, Apple, Maille etc) are just meters away.
This area also gives you an amazing choice of cafés, restaurants and wine bars. The Grands Hommes market is 2 minutes walk away and you will be able to buy all you need.
You will be able to park your car in one of the 4 close-by public carparks (2 to 6 minutes on foot) : Grands Hommes, Gambetta, Tourny, or Bourse/Jean Jaurès
