Step outside and enjoy the mountain air on one of the expansive furnished patios, decks, or upper balcony, ideal for lounging or stargazing around the firepit. Get competitive on the outdoor pickleball court, shoot hoops at the basketball court, or explore the wide-open space with plenty of room to roam. The oversized driveway provides ample parking for large groups and toys.

For additional outdoor adventures, there are a number of hiking trails nearby that crisscross the surrounding mountains and valleys or head underground for a fascinating tour of Minnetonka Cave, just 19 miles away. And for restaurants and shops, head south eight miles into the charming town of Garden City, UT, known by many as the 'Caribbean of the Rockies.'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
