The district of rue Lépante, despite its position in the hyper center, is still not very touristy and very Nice. While being 3 minutes from the main avenue of Nice and close to the train station (Monaco 20 minutes, Cannes 30 minutes, Italy 45 minutes), you benefit from a real neighborhood atmosphere, with a commercial framework important, in particular in food shops, ranging from high-end stores (delicatessen, specialized caterers), the gentrifying district, to convenience stores (Carrefour City), supermarket (Carrefour Market), or hard discount (Lidl), everything within a 2 minute walk!
