Slice of paradise!

This propery is exactly as described and shown. It is in an excellent location close to airport, trams and bus stops! The place is well stocked for cooking your own meals, enjoying the balcony or relaxing inside with the cool Air Conditioning as you do laundry ir play games. It is a great size and is kept so clean! Delia is fantastic, responsive, informative, and super friendly! Highly recommend!

Great stay for weekend

This was a great property for the weekend and a family of 4. Great location with view of the beach and access to the tram. Delia was a great host and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment, location, and host

The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures! It was very conveniently located, the tram was very accessible and the beach views were great, the host was very communicative and responsive, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amenities.

The shutters helped with the outside noise. The train and little shop are right around the corner and the views are stunning.

Great spot to enjoy the promenade

This was a great spot to enjoy the beaches in Nice. Close to the water and to the train. Not a long walk into Old Nice either. While it's on the main road by the beach, it is actually quiet inside the apartment. Other than the very small elevator, and this unit being on the 3rd floor, the stay was quite lovely! I would recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, easy street parking or public transportation - tram is behind the building and bus is in front of the building. Walk across the street to reach the sea.

Wonderful apartment - great access

The apartment is as clean bright and and spacious as it looks in the posting. The bathroom and floors are all marble, the beds are large and comfy, the balcony is exactly what we expected -- great for sitting and overlooking the waterfront. The location is at one end of Nice -- not a whole lot of restaurant amenities nearby, but a 1-minute walk to the tram station for instant access to the rest of the area. Our host was great and responsive -- went the extra mile for us. We would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Stay in Nice!My recent short-term rental in Nice, France, was an absolute delight, striking the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. The apartment's location proved to be ideal. While not directly in the bustling city center, it offered a peaceful retreat, yet access to everything was incredibly easy.One of the biggest advantages was the monorail stop located just behind the block, making exploration of Nice effortless. Additionally, a small, well-stocked supermarket nearby provided all the essentials we needed throughout our stay. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll or a quick bike ride, the charming Old Town of Nice was just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute cycle away, offering a wonderful blend of local culture and vibrant atmosphere.The beach, a mere stone's throw across the street, was a daily highlight. We were treated to truly amazing sunsets over the Mediterranean, creating unforgettable evenings. Inside, the apartment itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home.I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful base from which to explore Nice!

Beautiful Balcony

The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The beach is a very short distance away and there were two beach chairs that were available to use and were very easy to carry. The tram is right behind the apartment so it is easy to travel and get to the airport. We asked to stay another night at the last minute and since it was available Delia made it easy to do so as she was amazing the entire visit. I would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

Exactly what the pictures show. Quiet and very convenient location and is close to everything: the beach, parking garage, post office, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. very nice view. Enough spaces for a family of four. However, you have to bring your own shampoo and body wash. But it is not a problem, easy to find them in the nearby stores. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view

The place looked just as seen online with a stunning view. Clean and comfortable for 4. Beach is right across and the tram is right behind the house. Nice old town is 15 minutes on the tram. Makes for excellent home base to explore nearby towns. Only issue we had was the loud noise from the tram side all night long. Every night guys were working on the tram maintenance or track maintenance with a loud generator noise and guys loudly yelling made it almost impossible to get any sleep for all of us. This was all 4 nights we stayed between 10:00 pm and 4:00 am. If you are a light sleeper like me, it is very rough, I was unable rest. Not sure if this is a temporary issue or regular daily maintenance...worth checking before coming again.

Had a terrible experience

I was travelling with my family with two young kids! We had originally booked another property on VRBO names Endless Azure at Prom. Des Anglais but then the host had asked us to cancel that property and advised to book this property which I did! We checked in around 8 pm and the property was much below our expectation compared to Endless Azure where as the price was same! Small tiny bathroom, bed and pillow was smelling and there was dust on the besd! Throughout the night we had sounds coming from the window of all the running trams/train! We couldn’t sleep at all and didn’t find this property worth! The sofa in the living room along with the small pillows was not at all comfortable and was even dirty! Only good thing about this property is that is has nice view! We had our booking from 26th Dec till 9th Decbut we ha checked out on 27th early morning and booked Double tree by Hilton at Nice Ville train station! We req d the host if she can refund one night stay which she denied, other than that the Delia, property host had been very responsive! We will never recommend this property
