Thanks for the great review of Edgewater 1000! Glad the location, shopping, beach access, and the unit’s convenient elevator/trash-chute location with a great view worked well for your girls’ weekend. Sorry about the missing ceiling fan/light in the second bedroom and the master patio door issue — we’ll have maintenance assess the fan/light options and repair the patio door before next season. We appreciate you keeping this unit in mind and would love to host you again.

We’re very sorry the unit fell short on cleanliness and maintenance. Finding a dirty sheet pan is unacceptable — our housekeeping team has been notified and a thorough deep clean and refresher for the team have been scheduled. We’ll evaluate the guest-room mattresses and put a replacement/updating plan in place. I apologize for the inconvenience with the guest-room TV and appreciate your patience while it was replaced. The slider, missing shower handle, and closet-door handle have been reported to our maintenance team and will be addressed promptly.
