Windancer 310-

It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 310 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Host was very responsive and an excellent help, the condo was indeed on the beach with an awesome view and easy access to the beach. The access into the condo was very convenient. Condo was clean but did have a rotten fish smell. I did bring to there attention so is probably taken care of. There was some noise from other condos but they were responsive to it and tried to accommodate a room change if needed. Excellent condo. I would recommend

Absolutely perfect!

Loved everything about this condo - the cleanliness, beach decor, comfortable furnishings, communication with rental agent, proximity to lots of mom and pop restaurants along with the popular chains, and, of course, that fabulous view! We can't wait to return to sitting on the sunny balcony, sipping our coffee or cocktails, and watching the dolphins then heading over to Skipper's Seafood Market (.2 miles) for the tastiest steamed gulf and red shrimp. Thanks for the great vacation.

Beach front with set ups

It is beach front, but know that condo is older, furnishings are mediocre and cleanliness could be better, especially the floors. Next time we will look for something nicer.

Perfect emerald getaway

This place was nice for my mom and me and my 17 yr son.location is right on beach and close to many things to do and places to eat. It's a short drive to Destin you don't have the crowds here place was really clean only thing wrong was the couch bed mattress needs to be replaced really lumpy and would of been nice to have some updated patio furniture

Very Nice

First time here and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and love having the two bathrooms. Great view from the balcony and very family oriented area. Great for couples and families with kids. We added this to our list of favorites and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Fantastic beach vacation

You go here for the beach. Stunning view of the beach and fantastic beach service. Nice clean and refreshing condo with mostly updated amenities. There was an issue with the washer which they replaced the first day. Close to the supermarket, a seafood market, and a beach shop for all your supplies. Great stay!
