It was perfect for me. I loved the apartment, the location, everything. It was safe, close to everything I needed and accessible. I loved the design and layout. The hosts pay attention to detail and make it easy and welcoming!

Wonderful Experience!

Hard to beat the location, and everything that we could think of was provided. Even some Keurig coffee pods to get us started those first mornings! The checkin and checkout procedures could not be more convenient, and the secure underground parking and elevator were most appreciated. Thank you, Paul & Takao! We look forward to staying there again.

A lovely mini Christmas vacation

We arrived December 25 to find a little tree with lights. Check in out very well planned and easy to use. Location downtown perfect for exporing on foot Secure parking was a plus Our host promply arrived to assist when we had a problem operating the TV. We would certainly stay here again

Great stay

The location is perfect. The hosts are very communicative and friendly. This spot is walking distance to everything and in the heart of china town. The bed was so cozy and the shower was spa worthy. We will for sure stay again the next time we’re in town.

Great location, very clean and walkable. Paul and Takayo are great hosts and make everything very clear and easy. The apartment has everything you will need for your vacation and more! The bus stops nearby making this a really ideal place if you aren't driving. Overall, a great spot to stay while visiting Victoria.

Great Victoria property

This condo was exactly as represented. The space was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and location great. Walking distance to old town, harbour front and can see Chinatown from the window. Paul and Takayo have everything clearly explained and the property was easily accessible and safe. Would definitely return!

Exquisite condo in prime location of beautiful Victoria!

Our family spent three days in Paul & Takayo's condo, and they were gorgeous! The condo is in a stellar location - walking distance to anything you might want to do - and is perfectly equipped for a comfortable and successful vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless from start to finish - Paul & Takayo have the communication down to a fine art and are amazingly responsive. Don't hesitate on booking this one!

Great location!

We found the property to be extremely clean and well furnished. The location near China Town was a real plus. Paul was great on communicating with us and gave us some good tips on places to eat. The property is beautifully decorated and very modern. It was very warm in Victoria during our stay but they had just installed a new room air conditioner. It struggled to keep up with the West exposure but we stayed comfortable. I would highly recommend this property,

Wonderful Stay at Paul & Takayo's!

To begin with, the entire check in process was super smooth with the hosts sending us perfect instructions well in advance. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. Wonderful location with a ton of great restaurants at walking distance (with the hosts sharing a list of their favorites, most of which did not disappoint!). In general, the unit is perfectly located close to Inner Harbor, shopping etc. Hosts were extremely responsive to requests (they even ordered a replacement mattress for their sofa bed when we shared it was a tad bit uncomfortable). Very hospitable! We highly recommend and will definitely come back here to stay again!

Great Victoria Condo

This was a lovely clean little condo. The hosts were great to deal with and always responded quickly to any questions. The location was great - walkable to all downtown sites. Having underground secured parking was a nice bonus. Our only issue was no A/C as it was hot when we were there, fans were provided though which helped.

Lovely place and owners

If you want an authentic stay in Victoria, this is your place! The condo is perfect-clean and quiet with everything you need. The hosts are thoughtful and communicative. The welcome binder is so helpful and their restaurant recommendations are delicious.The check in and check out process is a breeze and very safe. The secure parking garage is a plus if you bring your car. You can walk everywhere if you'd like. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental enough! We will definitely be back!

Great location. Near bus stops, waterfront and parking space. Very clean, modern and nicely setup. If looking to stay in this area, highly recommend. Communication with owners was top notch too!

The property is in a great location, you can walk to the iner harbour with ease. Shopping, restaurants etc. All within a 5min walk. The only thing is if your going to stay for a week, it would be nice to have more places to put clothes away. Other then that i would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Victoria. It was clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

We've lived and worked in Canada, Japan, Yemen, Senegal, the Philippines and Vietnam. We're home now and loving it. Victoria has to be one of the best places in the world to live. We still travel a little, mostly back to Japan where we have family. Our kids have full passports with stickers from all over the world. They have no idea how lucky they are, but we're going to tell them when they get older. Paul used to push buttons in airplanes with labels like HKG (Hong Kong) and SYD (Sydney), Takayo used to teach. Now we clean our legal short term rentals and walk our Vizsla when we are done. Thanks,

We have bought two units in the building due to it's location and the layouts. The location can't be better, on the corner of Herald and Government. Right across from China Town and walking distance to everything.

This property is super clean and the best that we can make it. Takayo is personally involved in cleaning and running the unit. Paul does all the maintenance and correspondences. We are very much involved in your stay. While all our units are completely automatic, we are only 15 minutes away in case you need something or should something break. We also respond to texts almost immediately. We are here if you need us.
