Welcome to Rosie’s Cozy Retreat — a modern, clean, bright, and private, fully furnished one-bedroom, self-contained suite located within our owner-occupied home in beautiful Saanich, B.C. Thoughtful comforts throughout make this a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Bright and welcoming from the moment you walk in, the open-concept, ground-level suite features large windows and excellent natural light. The suite is fully self-contained with its own private, secure entrance and is completely separate from the main living areas.

Excellent stay! Only issue we had was with the heat pumps, sometimes when set to cool it would blow up to 24C which was a bit too hot for us, but otherwise lovely!

Linda was an exemplary host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay. The suite was comfortable, beautifully equipped, and the mattress, pillows and bedding were a dream. There was private driveway parking for our rental car. The information binder on the coffee table is exceptionally well-done. We would happily return.

Linda is a GREAT host and her property is wonderful. It has all the commodities you need and little touches that make the space feel wonderful. She goes the extra mile in little conveniences around the home to ensure it’s a pleasant stay. Will definitely come back again when in the Victoria area.

The suite was immaculately clean, comfortable and flawlessly maintained. The attention to detail was exceptional. Whatever was needed was there. Super clean and cozy one bedroom apartment with easy parking. I thoroughly enjoy staying here on my visits to Victoria, it's my top choice. Bed is comfortable, it's quiet, water pressure is strong, kitchen is fully stocked. Host goes extra mile with full coffee service and snacks. Home away from home.

The suite was very clean, check in was a breeze, bed was comfortable, and had pretty well every amenity one may need. Very nice natural light and we were greeted with some yummy treats. There was a little noise one morning above us and the 10:00 checkout felt a smidge early, but overall it was a lovely place to stay in a nice, quiet part of the city.

Linda went out of her way to make the place welcoming. She left sweet treats for us and a toy for our dog. The place itself is adorable, well equipped, and in a great location. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!

Linda is very responsive and willing to help. The place is very modern and new looking. Linda has stocked it with anything a guest might need from appliances, to toiletries, to even some food items. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the internet wasn’t the best. But I would stay again and recommend it to anyone.
