Keittiö tarjoaa tilaa ruoanlaittoon koko perheelle yöpyessään, mutta golfkärryn avulla voit matkustaa Baytowne Wharfiin tai Grand Boulevardiin, jos päätät ruokailla ulkona. There was so much to explore! We had a blast on the golf cart and my kiddos loved riding the golf cart to Baytown Wharf. Such a fun spot! This condo is definitely the least crowded, compared to all the others in the area. We had plenty of room on the beach! The property management company was very responsive when some minor issues occurred and they took care of them, ASAP! The condo shows some wear and tear but it was very clean!! I might suggest adding some hangers in the closets and maybe some Tupperware too. Overall, great stay! Can’t wait to be back!

Great location overlooking the boardwalk and pool. Great for people watching in the afternoon. Room was as clean as any we have stayed in in the Beachside towers. Great stay.

Beautiful decor in a great location

We just stayed the last full week in September 2020. Place was CLEAN, beautifully decorated and had many amenities! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Golf cart was a fun addition...something new for us. We took it to get ice cream. We are new to staying in Destin but my husband and I agreed we would come back and rent this exact condo again.

Great condo with a great view!

Had a great time at this property. The condo was spotless. Breathtaking views from the balcony and master bedroom. In my opinion, Beachside 1 is by far the best place to stay at the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort. Our beach area wasn’t nearly as busy as the areas around us. The only problem we had was the charger for the golf cart went out which left us stranded at Baytowne Wharf one night. Platinum Vacations came out the next day and replaced the charger so we never missed a beat. The golf cart is a must have for the resort!

And noticed a few other minor housekeeping things. Master bed needs a new mattress or at least a thick mattress pad very lumpy. But condo was nice and great views.

girls trip

this was a great spot for our girls trip. head up the pool is under renovation which we weren't planning to use in April anyway. i like the location of the room to the elevator- easy to get to. we didn't get to use the golf cart since the last person who rented the condo did not plug it back in. if I were you, go out there and make sure it's charging well before you need to use it. other than that- everything was nice and we got a few sunny hours among all the rain to enjoy the beach.

Rented this through platinum services. First and last time. Very poor Checkin directions. Slow response time for assistance. …no one on duty over the weekend. The unit had not be updated in years!!!! Beds in the second bedroom were not sleepable. Was told by platinum if I didn’t like the place to leave

Fantastic Beach and Pool-Easy Access to Everything!

We were very happy with our stay at Beachside One! We picked this unit for the beach, the view and location, and also because it came with a golf cart with access to all that the Sandestin Resort offers. (Sadly the cart wasn't charged because something was wrong with the cord, so we lost a day of using it. It could use some TLC) The new pool, hot tub and grilling area are beautiful. It was an easy walk two buildings down to the Beach House Bar for a snack and drink. We took the golf cart every day under Hwy 98 (through a tunnel-sadly not mentioned anywhere on the listing) to get to Baytowne Wharf for shopping, dinner and music...plus we could scoot over to Public's and other shops across 98. Awesome location!! Would love to come back when it's warmer!

Excellent layout, perfect view. Absolutely recommend Beachside 1 because of the private beach. We would not have been happy in the other areas with much more crowded beaches. Pool is amazing! Unit and entire property super clean! We used the golf cart every day and you could really park your car and not use it the entire trip if you wanted too. Unit could use some furniture and cabinet upgrades, as well as the golf cart, but it’s nothing that impacted our vacation at all. Platinum was very responsive and helpful for all questions. Highly recommend Sandestin, Beachside 1, Platinum Vacations and unit 4075!

Love the location but need to clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. We have rented 8 units in the last 11 months. This one previously in June. We love the location and layout however the property was somewhat dirty and unclean feeling this stay. There are rugs in the bathroom and kitchen that are filthy that should be thrown away and floors left bare. The unit is in need of a major deep clean. Several dishes, silverware, pots and pans, had to be re-washed when we went to use them. Someone had not cleaned well and put back in the drawer or cupboard. Furniture is showing wear and tear. We rented 6 different units through SanDestin this last year and found the units were cleaner. We truly like this location, ease of entry, staff, golf cart etc. but sadly will rethink it next time due to the unclean feeling. I do realize it's hard to keep up with a summer rental but maybe the cleaning company should note these items. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. SanDestin is one of our favorite places to visit and relax.

Great Stay for our Family!

We really enjoyed our recent stay (Sep 2021) at Beachside 1 room 4075. We are a family of 5 with 3 little ones (6, 4, and 2)! CHECK-IN: 4PM (which kind of stunk, as our flight got in at 11:30 and by the time our transportation dropped us off, it was close to 1.) Luckily, our driver dropped us off on the bayside of the property where all of the shops and restaurants were, so we had something to do for a few hours, and then took the shuttle back. However, in calling the rental management company, they informed us there was no where that we could leave our luggage, which was a lot for 5 of us, including a pack and play and carseats, so that was a pain that there was no front desk or office where we could leave it until we checked in. I called the management company as well to let them know that we were there and to see if we could possibly get in our room early, and they said probably and that they would call me back, which they never ended up doing. ROOM: Once we were finally in our room, the place was very clean, and beautiful upon entry! The views are spectacular! The master had 1 king a large bathroom and huge closet. The second room had 2 twin beds and a connecting bath to the hall and room as well. The furnishings were very nice as well. The bathrooms are a tad out of date, but clean and nicely decorated. The master shower head was always getting the floor wet, but this is minor and could easily be updated. The kitchen was clean and functional with everything you need from what I could tell. We ordered groceries through Instacart and had them delivered more than once, which was very convenient. You have to order everything from paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. I believe they gave us enough for one dishwasher run and a small dish soap as well. The washing machine and dryer are pretty loud, but good enough to get the job done. The fans in the rooms work well. Especially where it is definitely needed in the master, bc it gets very hot in there from the sun in the afternoon. My husband said the Air Conditioner was stuck at 79 the whole time we were there and that it needs to be fixed. BEACH/POOL: Pool was recently renovated and looked great! (Sep 2021). We were not sure what beach equipment would be available at the room, and it can be a little expensive to rent everything you need for the family for the whole week though the beach stand guys.(It's cutting me off here..I'll try to add another review to finish sharing! Thanks!)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our agent did a tremendous job in preparing us with timely emails and text messages. All of this information for check in and departure was very seamless and easy to follow. We have a brief outage with our keyless entry to the condo but as always, our agent was spot on and quickly resolved the issue. The facility was immaculate and the staff was was friendly and courteous. The only one very noticeable issue was the couches and bedding are in need of an upgrade. Clean but extremely springy and hard to get comfortable on. My family plans on returning next year and we can’t wait to get back. Kind regards Timothy Morvant
