House located in the center of the village of Grignan with wooded land, shaded terrace and sheltered mistral and large balcony terrace with beautiful views of the castle.

You will particularly appreciate the different living areas, the tranquility and the equipment available to enjoy your holidays.

Spacious, comfortable and bright, the house is ideal for staying with friends or family.

You will reach the house through the garden, taking a few steps to the terrace and enter through the balcony.
On this floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room of 30m2, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bath (one bedroom has an en suite shower) and a separate toilet.
A staircase (without safety barrier for children) allows you to go to the ground floor. This space is ideal for children, it consists of a bedroom / dormitory with 2 bunk beds and a games room with WC that can also accommodate 3 additional people in extra beds (1 bed + 2 mattresses). From this room, a door window allows access to the garden.

The house does not have a swimming pool but the swimming pool is only 3 minutes walk (open in July and August).

There is no air conditioner yet but the freshness can be maintained without much difficulty because of the thickness of the old walls. Fans are at your disposal.

Baby equipment: cot and high chair

We also provide bicycles and games (board games, card games, outdoor games such as wooden bowling, balloons, ...)

The linen can be provided with a supplement corresponding to the pressing costs:
Double bed linen: (1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet + 4 pillowcases): 16 € / bed
Single bed linen: (1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet + 1 pillowcase): 10 € / bed
Towels: (1 small + 1 large): 5 € / person

Bath mats (x 2), tea towels (x 3) and tablecloths (x 2) are included in the amount of the rental.

You will find in the village: bakery, newspapers / tobacco, pharmacy / doctors, distributors, cafes, clothing stores, jewelry, deco ... and many restaurants.
A supermarket is nearby, 3 minutes by car.

The Grignan market takes place every Tuesday, you can discover the local producers and specialties of the region: essential oil of lavender, honey, olives, nougats, picodon (goat cheese), wines (AOP Grignan-les-Adhémar), ravioles, caillettes.

From the house, many paths will allow you to walk or hike on foot or bike through nature Drôme, between fields of lavender, vineyards and undergrowth.
