Este elegante apartamento está ubicado en la cúspide de donde la arena del océano se encuentra con la hierba de las dunas. En esta propiedad frente al mar, no tendrá problemas para llegar a la playa, con un canal de acceso ubicado en el patio delantero. ¡El patio delantero es un espacio comunitario, provisto de una parrilla, mesas de picnic y sillas! Aunque puede pasar todas sus vacaciones afuera disfrutando del verano de Maine, ¡no se sentirá lejos de la playa despertando a la vista en el tercer nivel!

Great spot, beautiful beach

Excellent property, great location right on the beach! Let the waves lull you to sleep on a great spot on OOB, a short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops, etc.

Wow, we really loved this place. Our bedroom view was of the ocean and could walk onto the beach directly. Great location, far enough from major traffic but easy walk to the pier. The house was as described, clean and comfortable.

This was my first time renting at OOB and I have to say the location was great for us. The unit was exactly what we were looking for and it was very clean. We would definitely rent again.

Great spot. Great view from master bedroom. Loved breakfast in the yard. Very well cared for.

Its a condo, clean and nice beach view. Nice grassy yard overlooking ocean. Want to return!!!!! Small kitchen but we love eating out!!!

Rental was very clean but on second floor. Cute set up and rental right at the beach! Negative is the bathroom is extremely tiny. Dishes were a minimum so bring lots of paper plates. Need a light in the master closet.

Breathtaking

The property is stunning, its right on the ocean. Its a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The beach is not over crowded so you can stretch out and enjoy the day.The owner is on site and delightful. The unit is clean bright, the two AC units does a proper job cooling down the unit. We had a few rainy days and the unit was big enough to stretch out and play board games.I would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for having us. 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summer vacation stay

We enjoyed the property. The only thing missing was having basic free cable provided on the tv so we could get the live local news rather than having to stream on our own devises.
