Description:
Well ventilated 2 room duplex apartment on the 2nd floor, with exceptional and panoramic views of Orient Bay Beach and the ocean, in a residence located close to the village of Orient Bay.
It consists: a kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, sink, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, many cupboards, crockery, cutlery ..... washing machine.
The living room with sofa bed, flat screen tv, orange bouquet and international channels, unlimited internet box, fan storage cabinet.
Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed (200X200), storage units
Sheets, towels, baths, linens provided. Foutas available for the beach.
Naturist beach about 300 m
 Indoor parking.

Great and convenient location

We were greeted by Jean-Paul when we arrived and he was very kind to show us around the unit. The property is conveniently located near the Village and the Beach! We had a wonderful stay!

Charming apartment, fantastic location, and a lovely host! It was wonderful to meet Jean-Paul. The entire process was easy & he was very responsive to our messages. The place was exactly what we needed for a week on the beach and the nearby amenities were super convenient & affordable.

Great location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved the large balcony with an ocean view and cool breeze. Very large king bed that was very comfortable. Jean Paul was easy to reach and communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay there. Brad and Cheryl.

A perfect month in St. Martin

We had such a wonderful stay here. Jean-Paul greeted us with gifts of rum & a beautiful bottle of wine. We enjoyed it out on the balcony looking at the fabulous view of Orient Beach. The apartment was clean & lovely. Just right for two. We will definitely stay here again.

Overlooking Orient Beach

Jean-Paul was easy to communicate with. Location was great. We were able to look over Orient Bay. Jean-Paul was very patient; we had a late arrival and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place

This is our second stay at this property, and it could not have been better. The location is excellent. The owner is very easy to deal with and everything in the description is as he said. We stayed at a very nice resort next door a few years ago but this place is far superior to the resort. We will continue to stay here on all future trips to SXM which is the nicest island we have stayed on. Thanks JP

The location is great, The view of the beach and activities are wonderful. The second floor bedroom location was a little bit challenging to navigate. Anyone with a mobility issue would not be able to stay in this location. The place could use a little upgrade. But if you’re there for the beach you won’t bother by the lack of newness

Stunning views!

I cannot say enough awesome things about this rental. It’s not only extremely reasonably priced wise it’s the best location, clean, large and just overall amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a wonderful place to stay at the beach. Jean-Paul is kind and is extremely happy and available to help with anything you need. We will come back again and again!!! Do not hesitate to rent this because you will never find a better place right on the beach with tons of restaurants and several grocery stores within a short walking distance. You do not need a car at all. Thank you for such an amazing vacation!!!

This unit is quite nice. It does, however, require navigating a lot of steps.

This unit is not for any one with any ambulatory issues. 34 steps from ground to 3rd floor and 12 more from the living room to the bedroom. Other than that it was very nice, excellent view and really close to the best beach in the world.

Clean, good location

Clean,great location.Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Kitchen has plenty of pots,dishes,utensils.Host responsive. Note this is a 3 story walk up. This makes for a lovely view of the bay. Our only problem was the water being shut off daily, often without notice, and sometimes for more than a day at a time. This affected the whole village, including the restaurants. It is not the fault of the owner,who made calls on our behalf. Just be aware of this situation here before staying in this area. Beyond that,everything there was perfect.

Awesome place

We just got back and the place could not have been better. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The location is excellent and the view even better. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to deal with. We are planning on a return trip next year and will hopefully stay here again.

Great Little Place

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May-June 2022. Without question the best place for the money. Third floor with a nice view. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The only negative would be the steep stairs to the loft area. Hope to return in the future. Also management team was excellent.
