スタジオはIrmaから保存されました。 1階のスタジオであるため、海からの水を得ることができませんでした。
オリエントベイビレッジの中心部にある非常に素敵なスタジオ。日光が降り注ぐ大きなテラスとすべてのアメニティ（レストラン、バー、ショップ、ミニマーケットなど）。
島で最も美しいビーチの1つから100メートル、商業センターから車で2分。

Location location location !

This place is right in the middle of paradise ! You can walk to everything! Great shops and restaurants and of course the best beach in the world! Delphine made our stay even better by responding to anything we needed.

Great location near grocery, pizza shop, an entire plaza of restaurants. Beach a block away. The property was outfitted with everything you need. Super experience.

Great studio

Very nice studio. Clean, comfortable bed, large patio. Full stove with oven. Plenty of dishes and utensils. great location near the Good Morning cafe. Easy walk or short drive to beach, depending on how much stuff you bring, and which beach bar you prefer. Restaurants, small grocery are a 2 minute walk. Host is very nice and responsive.

Always home away from home feeling

We have stayed here a number of times. Can’t beat the location. Extremely clean unit with almost every amenities that you need. Delphine is super to work and communicate with. Always our first choice to book while we are in Orient. You pretty much have everything at your fingertips stores. The beach. Restaurants and beautiful, relaxing accommodations.

Thanks to you Marlene and Robert for your visit. I’d like remind that you stayed in another place, not in the unit described in this announce. My apartment is well renovated with a large kitchen, but indeed, due to an overbooking, you stayed in a different place with different amenities. I hope you had a nice stay in this beautiful island and will be happy to welcome you in the unit described next time.

Perfect! Clean, Comfortable, Great Location!

We visit St. Martin 2 or 3 times a year, and this is our new favorite place to stay! The location is fantastic and the studio has everything we need for a comfortable 2 week stay! Love having the washing machine and large patio. Also the best internet service we have experienced on the island. We have already booked for our next visit. Thank you, Delphine! See you again later this year.

Fantastic Stay

This apartments is located in the middle of Orient Bay. You are just steps from the beach, over 10+ restaurants all at walking distance, 2 markets, etc. The apartment is very cozy, complete with all you need to have an exiting and relaxing vacation and a fantastic and large balcony. Delphine is a fantastic property manager. The pictures are exactly how it is. Very modern with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Will be back next year.

Home away from home!

My husband and I just love staying in this unit. Delphine is so amazing to work with. She keeps her unit very well stocked in case you forget something she seems to have it all. I love how she has extra towels available for showers and the beach. The counter space is very spacious when cooking and the fridge and freezer as well. Again, her unit had it all or everything you need while staying In paradise. Already booked for 2024.

Very Nice Studio

We recently spent ten days in St. Martin in Orient Bay at Bikini Beach. We rented a studio apartment just a short walk from the beach which we found on VRBO website. Delphine, the owner of the studio, was very nice, helpful and has the studio well equipped. We did rent a car as we enjoy beaches and wanted to explore the island. As stated in the previous reviews and we don’t want to repeat, but they are accurate. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. We will come back!!

I'm just changing the stove (I don't know if it's the correct term for the electric system of cooking), and I added also a table for the meals because the one of exterior was too low. Comfortable apartment in a great location.

Highly recommended. This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Delphine’s apartments. Thoroughly equipped, best location, one block from the beach and several very good restaurants. Delphine is a gracious host.

Incredible Stay

We loved it here! A great apartment, perfect spot, very clean and well stocked. Great shower and out door space! Walk to the beach in minutes!! Lovely Rental

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was the perfect size, clean and comfortable. Delphine was waiting for us upon our arrival and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this unit.
