Come for the tan, the glistening sand, and emerald waters! Enjoy this immaculate third floor East end condo at Watercrest Resort with an unbelievable 700 square foot wrap-a-round balcony where you are only steps away from one of the world's most beautiful beaches. This condo is 1440 square feet with a very open floor plan and all the luxuries of home plus an unending view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a TV and a spectacular view of the ocean for your enjoyment as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and it's own private balcony! The living room has a leather sleeper sofa and two wonderful leather recliners. Sleeps eight comfortably. This entire condo has recently been remodeled including the bathrooms where you will enjoy includes a tiled walk in shower and granite vanity tops. Vacationers have flocked to this 27-mile stretch of stunning coastline to enjoy the sun-soaked beaches, powder-white sands, turquoise waters, fresh seafood, and the small town character yet exciting atmosphere of Panama City Beach for years. This section of Northwest Florida has tremendous amounts of fun and activities to offer all ages.
This condo is very unique as the entire living space is banked with large sliding glass doors and windows. The master bedroom has this same wall of glass to enjoy the balcony. Upon entering the condo your breath will be taken away by the view! The VERY large balcony can accommodate the entire group whether dining, relaxing, or watching the amazing sunsets! Also free WiFi.
Watercrest just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and you will not find a cleaner more well kept property. There is 24/7 security personnel walking the parking lot and all 18 floors. Watercrest is on the East end of the beach and we do not have the traffic congestion that other areas of the beach experience so your vacation can be stress free. The pool deck is immaculately maintained and the pool side furniture is brand new. There is a snack bar poolside which serves your favorite cocktails and food. Set up at the pool area and spend the day going back and forth from pool to beach! With the included beach chair service you can have the service attendant prepare your padded chairs and umbrella daily.... It's wonderful. Watercrest has a very nice exercise room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, indoor racket ball or pickle ball court not to mention all the water activities available on the beach.
At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Great Vacation

The condo listing was spot on. We loved being on the 3rd floor so we could take the stairs if we didn't want to wait on the elevator. The included chairs and umbrella were also great. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the 2 bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners made the experience very easy from the start. The condo was very nice and you could tell that it had been recently renovated. Everything was updated and there was plenty of room for our group.

The property was everything we needed for a fun and comfortable get away. In over 30 years of gulf trips , I’d never stayed on this end of Thomas Dr before...absolute favorite! Everything we needed /wanted was available in our condo and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us without feeling crowded. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed in the same unit last year and really enjoy it. The managers are easy to reach and respond quickly for any needs. Weather wasn't as nice this year but that's to be expected in Florida any time of year. Will stay here again next time we return!

End of Summer Getaway

Beautiful condo on the beach

The unit is nicely decorated and spacious enough for our family of 4. The guest room has 2 double beds and there are 2 sinks in the guest bath - these features were greatly appreciated by our teens. One weird thing- there's no door to the master bathroom, it's somewhat open to the bedroom. Otherwise, we were very comfortable. The beach is amazing. The pool and hot tub are nice. There's a cute snack bar that sells burgers and fries and tropical drinks. Overall, this unit was fantastic!

Ladies trip 2021

We were very pleased with the location and appearance of Watercrest condos and also the convenience of parking and our unit being on the 3 rd floor. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. The beach and nice pool access was very close to the unit. I was very pleased with the peace and quite, access to elevators or stairs. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends. The owners were very prompt , friendly with response to any questions. The unit is everything a family or ladies group could ask for and more.

I did not want to leave.

Honestly packing up to go home made me a little sad. When we walked in everything was clean and perfect. Even at this time of year the weather was great and we were happy as can be with all the balcony space. The condo was beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised with the updates. I have already messaged them and asked where i can find the back splash they installed! 😂 Check in was super easy and parking was never a problem. This place was exactly what we were looking for.

Short getaway

This property was very nice. The first thing we noticed when we came in was a broken tile that needs to be fixed. Couldn't get the TV to work in Master BR so leaving instructions would be great. The other thing we noticed right away that both soap dispensers in the kitchen and master bath had hairline cracks in them that made the soap ooze out and slippery if picked up. Those were just minor things. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Bad smell still existed after spray. We heard rats/critters in ceiling space. Dryer only worked if put on 60 minutes setting. Also found 2 small cockroaches in one of the beds. Rest of condo was really good. We enjoyed our stay despite Sally. Next time we would like to rent higher up and more to the middle to get a better beach view.

Very nice place!

Overall we loved our stay. The condo was very nice. There were a few quirks. One, the master bathroom has no door, which can be awkward even for a married couple. Second, the large burners on the stove need repair. They don’t fit properly so one doesn’t work at all and the other is severely tilted, making the stovetop limited in usefulness. I sent two emails to property management during our stay with questions and concerns but received no response to either. That was disappointing. Overall great stay and property with some issues.

Summer July 4 vacation

Family came to stay June 30 thru the 5 of July area was nice beach less crowded than down by pineapple Willy’s fireworks were awesome both nights ! The 3 and 4 th. The bathroom in the master had no door except the entry door to the room and we could not get that door to lock so using bathroom in private was non existent . The description of the big front porch left me thinking the view from the balcony was all ocean front you could see a portion of it overlooking the hot tub . The view from the master bedroom was the condos to the other complex . Other that that we enjoyed the pool and the beach . The staff was great and friendly and the host was amazing each time we communicated it was nice having the chairs and umbrella each day ! Would recommend watercrest if you want a more laid back family oriented experience.

Beautiful condo and excellent location!

The condo is in a great location with super easy access to the beach and pool area. No huge complaints and overall a great experience! Our two issues were the stove and parking……The stove was not great. The back left large burner wasn’t useable because the tray the burner sits in wasn’t the right one and the coils wouldn’t lay flat so therefore pans wouldn’t lay flat. The right side front and back burners also seemed to have some electrical issues as they worked intermittently and sometimes opposite of which burner was turned on. And the parking app, OMG, it was a nightmare. The instructions were specific that you needed to put in arrival and departure dates but we didn’t see an option for that. Then the app said that parking was good for up to 21 days - so we thought we’d be ok. WRONG - we got a parking violation ticket on day two for both vehicles we’d paid for (57.45 per car for a week if you’re wondering since the description doesn’t mention paid parking). The condo attendant was SUPER helpful and provided us with paper parking permits to use the rest of our stay. I don’t remember his name (started with a O) but he was really great and said this was a common issue since switching to a new method.
