The Space:
Please note: The resort is Waterproofing and doing concrete Repairs to the walkways and building. The project is ongoing through December 29th, 2025
Both front ramps will be blocked. The stairs will remain open, and if anything needs to be rolled into the building, please use the 3rd-floor crosswalk.

Welcome to Seychelles 205, Panama City Beach, 2 two-bedroom 2 two-bath condo that sleeps 5. Seychelles has very few units with a beachfront master suite and that is what makes this unit so special! With FULL water views from your bed and access to the balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful beaches!! Sip your favorite cocktail while watching the sunset. Being on the second floor, you feel as one with the pool and the sand and do not have to depend on elevators. Seychelles is a smoke-free property. Property amenities include: Two Pools, a Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, and Covered Parking, and is right next door to Schooner's Restaurant! Perfect for 2 couples. We also have a pull-out sofa sleeper so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!
NOTE:
Per HOA, Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a
parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout
dates are listed below:
May 1 through July 27
August 27 through September 3
October- Sunday of Schooner’ LobsterFest, should it occur
**Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**
