Come into our beautifully furnished 2 BR 2 BA Condo on the second floor.(First is parking only) Convenient Staircase from back porch directly down to grounds. Only units on this floor have the convenience of using private stairs to grounds others have to use the lobby and elevator. The master bedroom and outside patio gives a beautiful view of the OCEAN. Wake up to the sunrise. Inside find a fully equipped kitchen with extras as is ou 2nd home, An inside washer/dryer. Games, books, comfortable furniture, and smart TVs throughout. Tile floors for easy care. Go out into the mild weather & wander among our beautiful tropical gardens, bring your drink down to the waters edge or curl up with a good book. Sandy BEACH boasts lounge chairs under Tiki huts and wonderful chaise lounges and tables around the pool. Fish or swim from the beautiful newly rebuilt T-dock with electric and water at each slip and ice machines on the dock. A big cleaning station for your fresh catch. Most restaurants will cook it for you. Or just hang out and watch the fishermen come in. Don’t forget to Bring your boat or rent one at the numerous places nearby, FREE DOCKAGE! Water and electric included at each slip.

Don't miss the state of the art work out room equipped with an inferred SAUNA, so after a vigorous workout or a day on the water, relax and get rejuvenated in the therapeutic SAUNA and relieve any aches in the hot tub.

Swim in our heated fresh water pool with zero entry or lounge in our huge therapeutic Jacuzzi. Have a party under the thatched Tiki roofed 'room', can be open air, or clear plastic curtains roll down to keep the wind and weather out. It is fully equipped with ice machine, fridge, sink, grills, a smoker, tables, chairs and benches and a serving bar with a sink, ice machine and refrigerator.! A paradise you will want to come back to again and again. Play cards or eat with friends. Spontaneous parties have been known to erupt as one of the many grills lights up!

Wonderful stay!!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. Couldn’t have asked for more. The condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the easy access to the pool, beach and grills. Pat was an amazing hostess who was very responsive. We only had one small issue and it was taken care of immediately. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and I would rate Pat as the most responsive and easiest to deal with. Already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Pat!!!

A GREAT ESCAPE FROM WINTER

Everything went smooth. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. Very clean and great location. Grounds are immaculate and plenty of beach and pool chairs. We brought some and never used them the whole month. Nice grilling area which we used A lot. Mrs Hernandez was the property manager and was very pleasant. We will be returning!

Great condo complex

We loved the location (Islamodora) and condo complex (Beacon Reef)- but condo itself needed some renovation and decluttering. The refrigerator and drawers should be cleaned out for the next guest. Both showers were need of repair, update and safety equipment. The owner was very responsive to all the issues/concerns. Overall, we would stay at the Beacon Reef again but probably at a more updated unit.

Feb. was perfect in Islamorada! Beacon Reef is a beautiful resort and Pats condo provides everything a person needs to enjoy it! From the ocean to the pool to the people we met....we enjoyed it all.Pat as well as her family were very quick to help with anything that came up or answer any questions that we had.

Five star condo property in Islamorada. Although the unit is not the best location in terms of the water it is fine. As it does not get afternoon sun it stays cool. Unit itself is like a well loved family cottage that has everything needed.

Something for Everyone

We rented our condo for February to avoid winter. We wanted to be on the ocean with swimming pool and hot tub with beautiful gounds and a gate for safety. We were joined by our diving daughter and toddler grandson for one week and our fisherman son for another. The unit is perfect for a family even including toys annd steps to the beach. We took so many excursions even a garden tour, and still have lots left for next year.

This is a family owned condo, and we love using it as a family. It is our wonderful vacation home if for nothing more than a 'wild women week-end'!

Why they chose this property

It is a PERFECT location in the middle of everything, but gated for safety, and away from the crowds on the "old road". Great fishing too in Islamorada, the Fishing Capital of the World. The coral reefs for diving and glass bottom boats for seeing the undersea world are available nearby.

What makes this property unique

WE HAVE SPECIAL WEATHER! The weather in the Keys is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than almost anywhere on earth! The trade-winds make for a refreshing breeze. No matter how hot it is, you are always cooled in the shade giving us ideal weather even in the dead heat of summer. The highest ever recorded temperature was 97 degrees. The winters can be cool at night in the winter (40's), but it warms up to the high 60s or 70s during the day. That is truly paradise. The spiral staircase to the grounds is a major plus so you don't have to go through the lobby with a key. We leave our doors unlocked most of the time! Screens on the sliding back door is a plus, as most times you can leave it open and enjoy the tropical breezes. We are far enough from the pool, so there is little to no sound (other than the birds & breeze), even in the busiest season.
