Awesome Townhouse

We stayed a week with another family (4 adults and 2 teenage kids) and we loved this condo. We have used VRBO for many years and this is one of the cleanest and nicest places we have ever stayed. The location is perfect...within walking distance there is a fish market and a restaurant which we would recommend. Across the street is Dolphin Plus and 2 members of our group signed up for the dolphin adventure and it was awesome. The owners were extremely helpful with the local area and what to see and do while on your vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location - wonderful condo

Terrific location just off the main road with easy access to shops, dining and recreational activities. The condo is nicely decorated with furnishing, appliances and a fully setup kitchen. There was nothing to ask for - even had a wine frig! Plenty of space for a 6-7 people or even more if you were hosting another family for food and drink as we did. The balcony and dock area were both wonderful and had great views. Located right near shopping and dining, we did not have far to go for anything we wanted. The local recommendations for dining were spot on and should not be missed. We hope to make it back. Thanks J & A - it was a wonderful trip!

Great condo, great location

The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, very well stocked and has beautiful views - well represented in the photos. The location of the property is great - close to many restaurants and John Pennekamp State Park. We appreciated Jorge's excellent communication - we had a lot of trouble with the lock on the front door, but he talked us through it. We could not use the loft as the spiral staircase is too narrow to carry things up - would probably work fine for kids. For us it was really a 2 bedroom condo. Overall a beautiful property for a stay in the Keys!

Family of five had plenty of room. Girls loved the spiral staircase and their room upstairs. Condo was well kept, extremely clean and all the amenities of home. Nearby great restaurants and Rainbow Reef Dive Center. Beautiful location on canal. Would rent again

Great property! Clean and comfortable for all 7 of us!

The property was pretty and well kept. We loved being right on the water and searched the canal regularly for ‘critters’. Saw lots of great things. Fishing off the dock was fun. Very convenient to everything in a Key Kargo, especially the dive center we love to use.

Had a great time, house was clean and neat. We had 7 people and an infant with plenty of room.

This is the second time I've stayed here and both times have been wonderful. Fishing from the dock was great, we also rented a boat and fished offshore and caught over 100 mahi mahi. Easy access to the ocean. Neighbors were very friendly and the pool was great for the kids. We also went to the Swim with the Dolphins, its within walking distance and worth a visit for sure.

Enjoyed the condo, it was very clean and comfortable

We were centrally located to go to the lower keys, the Everglades, and Miami. Our boys used the pool quite a bit. The only drawback was the neighbors little dog barked early in the morning and it woke us up every morning around 5 am. Also they let it bark through out the day.

An excellent midpoint between the Lower Keys and Everglades/Miami

We chose Key Largo for it's proximity to the Lower Keys and to Miami and the Everglades. (a side note, we found the Northern Everglades along 41 are much better) The condo is more of a home than many vacation rentals, there are all the small things that make vacations easier. Towels for the pool or beach and other small things. The kitchen is well equipped with enough to comfortably make breakfast, lunches and dinners. They also have the small items like cooking spray, salt, pepper and other things that you hate to have to buy to use once. Many vacation properties clear all the items between guests. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with a spiral staircase for access. The washer and dryer worked well, they make vacationing soooooo much easier. We didn't have any problems on our stay. The owners were easily available the one time I went to contact them. There is a nice small pool as part of the condos, but we didn't end up using it. We didn't find a public beach/water access point within walking distance of the property. Pennekamp Coral Reef charges $9+ per person. We found some nice places to the South. Nearby dining within walking distance. If you want an incredible sunset dinner visit Bayside Grill and Sunset Bar. The Pilot House has a glass bottom bar and dockside dining. Nearby Sundiver snorkeling tours provided and excellent excursion.

Lovely place!

We had such a wonderful stay, Jorge & Angelica have a beautiful place! It was clean and everything we need for the week was there, towels, toilet paper, etc. We had a great time fishing off the dock below and the kids caught a lot of fish all week long, so fun! Thanks for sharing your home and for being so prompt with everything during the planning process and during our stay! We definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean and relaxing.

We were a family of five that stayed for nine days. The communication from Jorge both before our arrival and during, was excellent. Upon arrival, the townhouse was spotless. The furnishings were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well-appointed and the TV/cable excellent. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Jorge was quick to response—and even showed up to connect the DVD player for us! The only negative (and this has NOTHING to do with the owners) is the neighbors air conditioner. It’s right next to the balcony , loud and literally ran 24/7, even though temps were in the low 70s. There is a pool across the street that we had to ourselves every day. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jorge for your hospitality!

Exactly as advertised

The owners were great to deal with and the property was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed for the cooking we did and the washer and dryer allowed for light packing. Close to several restaurants and other fun activities. If you are looking to stay in Key Largo - this is a great property.

Very Nice Town Home

This town home was immaculate. It had most items you would need for a traveler to stay in your home, including a pots worth of coffee grounds! I would not hesitate to stay in the home again, the owners said we could call or text them with any issues. We never had an issue, but it was nice to have the assurance.

The property is as stated, very nice. Everything was in top condition and very clean. There was a TV problem but Jorge took care of it. The location is out of the hustle and within easy walking distance of two great seafood restaurants. Recommend the property.

The condo was very nice with plenty of space for for our family of 7. The views were beautiful.

Angelica and Jorge were very responsive to our messages and questions. The kitchen is well suppplied with any needed items to prepare meals. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bikes that were provided were very old and not maintained. And the location is not the most convenient if you don't have a car. We stayed with our four adult sons who aren't old enough to drive rental cars so they were unable to get around. We didn't realize that Key Largo isn't a beach area. I should have done more research. If you're looking for diving, snorkeling, boating, paddle boarding, jet skiing, fishing etc, this is a perfect place. There are lots of opportunities for these activities but no beaches nearby. For a family of young adults we would have selected a place where there is more going on. Otherwise, it was very nice, very comfortable and the owners were extremely helpful.

Beautiful condo in the perfect spot

Condo is very beautiful and had everything the owner said. The pictures of the property are true. We seen lots of wildlife, which I thought was awesome. The condo is close to everything you need and things to do. Our favorite place to eat, which was in walking distance, were The Pilot House and the Key Largo fishery. All in all it was a very nice vacation. I would definitely go back again!

Everything we needed

Lovely 2 bedroom condo with a loft. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with appliances and whatever you you needed to prepare a meal. We even had access to the gas grill. We enjoyed a row with the kayaks and spent several hours in the pool just a short walk across the street. The location was perfect for trips to Pennekamps diving center and several local restaurants. Quiet and relaxing

A bit misrepresented

The description says 3 bedroom, which this property is not; its 2 bedrooms and a small loft which had a twin bed. The AC in the loft did not work and it took several days to fix, which was disappointing as this is where one of the couples planned to sleep. The first day, the toilet overflowed. I called Jorge and he said he would get someone there as soon as possible. When he called back to let me know the time the plumber would be there, he asked if someone could wait in the condo for him. I reminded him that we are the guests. On vacation. He then said he would "figure out something". The toilet in the master also overflowed several times. but my husband was able to fix it with a plunger. As for Key Largo, it is wonderful. Pennekamp is a short drive away. If you can swing it financially, charter a boat (up to 6 people) to go snorkeling there. Amanda was our guide and she was amazing, as was our Captain. Skip Harry Harris park. Sombrero beach is worth the drive. Virtually ever restaurant we went to had excellent seafood.

Relaxing

My family enjoyed this beautiful accommodation. We definitely felt we were at home and not at a hotel. The kitchen has the basics so it is easy to make meals. Stores and restaurants are walking distance from the place. My son enjoyed the dolphin swim down the block. Thank you Jorge.

Fantastic Condo and Good Location

We stayed here from 12th to 19th March 2016. Great condo which was very clean and well equipped. Good quality fixtures and fittings and lovely comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and a great washer and dryer. The main lounge was very comfortable with a huge TV and had a lovely balcony where we spent many nights looking out at the lovely view. There was a large parking and dock area to use plus 2 bikes and a gas grill and seating. The shared swimming pool was situated over the road which was very quiet (only our family used it when we were there) and has recently had new sunbeds which were comfortable. Great WIFI if you like to use the internet. We met Jorge and Angelica who were very nice and pleasant and could be contacted any time if you needed anything. They were also easy to contact throughout the booking process and all went very smoothly. Spent quite a few nights at The Pilot house bar/restaurant which was 10 minutes walk from the rental and very reasonably priced and had a great happy hour from 4 till 7 for half price drinks. Food was good too. You could walk to the main highway in about 20 minutes where there were other eating places to try like Docs Diner and DJ's for breakfast and also Snooks, Mrs Macs kitchen and Bayside Grill for lunch or dinner. Snooks was in a beautiful setting where you could sit and have a meal or drinks overlooking the ocean All were very good. Try Ballyhoos if you like seafood which is just along the highway but would need to drive there. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental so please give it a try if you want to stay in Key Largo.

A tranquil and extremely comfortable get-away

Such a lovely quiet area with beautiful views. The accommodation was well equipped and very comfortable, it felt like we were guests in someone's special home rather than just a holiday retreat. We stayed with our 2 children who also loved the tranquility, we all had fun in the pool however the sun loungers probably need renewing, the pool was clean and not very busy which was perfect for us. The location is great providing you have a car, there are lots of things to keep you busy and some great restaurants very close by. Jorge (one of the owners) were very helpful with the booking, I'm very happy to recommend Jorge and his beautiful home in the Florida Keys.

Awesome Key Largo Rental

My family and I stayed for a week in this rental and had a wonderful time. The place is very well-kept, modern, and super-comfortable. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything exciting in Key Largo. I highly recommend the Pilot House restaurant, which is just around the corner, because they have great food, live music, and a glass bottom bar. We also suggest snorkeling from the Reef Roamer catamaran. Very cool. We will definitely be back! A big thanks to Jorge for a great vacation experience!

Location was perfect, great stay!

We stayed in this lovely updated unit for three months. It was very comfortable for us and our guests, plenty of room. The walkable neighborhood was a great feature. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Jorge and Angelica were amazing landlords, any questions or issues were taken care of promptly. The neighbors are all very friendly. Also, we bought a pass to John Pennekamp park, which is very close to the unit and went there quite often! Love Key Largo. Thank you Jorge and Angelica, we loved our time in Ocean Shores.

Hi and welcome to my condo. I grew up vacationing in the keys. From a very early age my dad put me on a boat and took me out fishing. I have never stopped. This is the perfect location. I can leave my office in Miami friday afternoon and make it here before sunset. Then, enjoy my weekend through Monday morning and make it back to my office in Miami by 8am. If you are flying in to FLL or MIA, you're not that far away. Yet you're world's away from all that... If you are visiting South Florida, even if you don't rent from me, don't miss coming down to Key Largo and the Keys. If you decide to stay, you'll probably get hooked.

Why they chose this property

The view from my condo is so relaxing. My boat is docked right outside my door and I go fishing on a whim. Then come back to relax in luxury! When the big one gets away, I am never far away from my choice of fresh seafood.

What makes this property unique

My condo is tucked away in a neighborhood. The canal waterways is a great way to see the keys and luckily my condo is on one of the prettiest canals. I love cruising and enjoying the waterways.
