Cozy and comfortable accommodation of 70 m2, fully equipped, independent access in country cottage, 15 minutes from Annecy in a quiet environment. A large bedroom, 1 bed 2 people plus sofa bed 2pers. Large living room dining room with a sofa bed 2 pers. Ideal setting for many walks, and nautical activities .... Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resort of Semnoz, 40 minutes from Geneva by highway (interchange 2 km from the cottage) Chamonix and La Clusaz 1 hour, Lyon 1:30, Aix L Bains 25 minutes. Giant shopping arcade (10 minutes).
