Beautiful home, wonderful stay.

Everything about the interior of the home was amazing and up to date. The pool, hot tub and back yard were great in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The location was convenient and easy to navigate to the beach and freeways.

Weekend with Friends

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Lauderdale! House is in a lovely, central neighborhood to Wilton Manors, and a short drive from the beaches and restaurants of the more touristy nearby city. We definitely plan to stay at this property again. Tom was a great, engaged, and responsive host. Only good things to say all around!

Wonderful In Every Way!

Our family of four loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and the backyard pool area was amazing. We were a close drive to the busier/touristy areas. Loved that we could come back after a busy day to a quiet neighborhood and enjoy the beautiful backyard area. Tom was very responsive through text. We would highly recommend this rental if you are visiting the Fort Lauderdale area.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and addressed any questions quickly and efficiently. The pictures of the home don’t do it justice - it’s a beautiful and private vacation oasis! We will definitely be back.

Great house in Wilton Manor

We had a terrific time! Thomas was a great host, very attentive. Loved the hot tub when it was cooler. Decor was updated and great having a bathroom for each room. Loved the pool and outdoor setting. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Hope to be back this December!

Wonderful property with a great outdoor oasis! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean too. The pool and beach accessories were a fabulous perk, especially having traveled by plane to Ft. Lauderdale with minimal luggage. Tom was very kind and met us at the house to go over pool instructions and show us where things were. It was obvious that he put a lot of thought into providing everything his guests would need at the property. Great communication throughout our stay. He even promptly replaced an umbrella over the outdoor table that was not properly closing on our first full-day there. Location is about 15-20 minutes from the beach, and even closer to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.

A Great Getaway

This place was the perfect retreat for our group to escape from the wintry north. The heated pool, spa, and backyard offered plenty of sunshine, umbrellas for shade, and privacy to relax day or night. The house was well-appointed, and we appreciated the extra touches -- beach chairs, travel cooler, extra sunscreen -- to make our stay carefree. Tom is a very accommodating and communicative host. Thanks for a great getaway!

Fantastic Property!

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Well appointed kitchen, great furnishings and the private pool and hot tub were the best part! The house looks just like the pictures and the super private and heated pool were a huge hit with our whole group. Having two primary bedrooms with two on suite bathrooms was perfect! The third bedroom and full bath were just as nice. The owner was super responsive and communicative. We’ll for sure be back!

Everything as advertised...and then some!

After doing VRBO in many locations over the years, this one is the gold standard. Not only are the property and amenities actually the same as the photos and descriptions, Tom is the consummate welcoming host to the point of serving Prosecco to weary guests on arrival. It's too bad we can't give 6 stars. We totally recommend and would certainly rent again when in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

So happy to have booked with Tom. The home was more impressive in person than in pictures and the bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge was a lovely touch. Tom was able to accommodate an early check in for me and went above and beyond all weekend to make sure our stay was wonderful, even stopping by on a Saturday to fix our internet connection and clean the pool (and a great conversationalist too!). Overall would highly recommend and will most certainly be back.

Wilton Manners Trip

Excellent house. nice and clean. bedrooms spacious. every kitchen item we could ever need. Pool was beautiful, clean, nice temp. Enjoyed the jacuzzi too. Loved watching the iguanas climbing the fence and trees. The neighboorhood was quiet and i would recommend to any family or friends. Tom was highly communicative and enjoyed working with him

Summer 2024

House was amazing. Neighborhood was very safe. Quiet pool area, quiet neighbors, very relaxing. Pool was warm and sunny but also the added umbrellas to block the sun were a great plus, mostly with children! Everything you needed was provided. House was very clean. Beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows. Tom was a great host and vert accommodating. Prosecco in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch! We were extremely pleased as we spent 9 nights there. Sad to go and hope to be back soon!

Wonderful home and host

This home is exactly as advertised. The property was updated, clean and set up great for 3 retired couples. The quiet neighborhood is great for daily walks and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and not far from the beaches. The home is well stocked with all the kitchen tools, linens, towels, beach towels-everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are set up in such a way that each of the 3 couples had privacy and their own bathroom. The back yard is a wonderful private retreat with a great heated pool & spa, lounges, and a table for 6. There are umbrellas to provide shade also. Tom, the host provided info on local restaurants and shopping and was at the home for check in to give a tour, provide all necessary information and welcome us. He really goes the extra mile to make his guests comfortable. His hospitality and attentiveness when needed really added to our overall enjoyment.

We've been using VRBO & other travel sites over the years as travelers and now we've decided to take those great experiences and become hosts, as well! We love our home and hope you will too. We remodeled it top to bottom, inside & out in late 2018 and lived in it ourselves until just recently. We are neat freaks, so you'll find it incredibly clean, yet very comfortable to live in. We both live in the area and can be available to help or provide any extras you may need during your stay.

This property is in the heart of Wilton Manors, close to shopping, nightlife and tons of restaurants. You're only only a 5 minute UBER/LYFT/drive away from downtown Fort Lauderdale and only 10-12 minutes to the Beach (depending on traffic). Miami is either a smooth & relaxing train ride away or about a 35-45 minute drive (depending on traffic).
The backyard is a relaxing paradise with a heated saltwater pool and hot tub, both available to use & control. There's plenty of towels & beach supplies and a fully appointed kitchen for you to make delicious meals during your stay.
