Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with an in ground pool and close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The King bed was very comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. The in ground pool is wonderful! It’s also close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We will definitely rent again!

The home was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Kitchen was especially well stocked complete with oil, cooking spray, etc all the staples you needed for cooking. The ease of the front door code made coming and going a breeze!

July 4th weekend

Good overall stay. House very clean & everything in pictures presents its self accurate. Good neighborhood and not far from shopping and food places. If expecting to book and use the pool. Dealing with the Florida rain be ready to clean it. The cleaning crew is only on Tuesdays.

This stay was absolutely spectacular! Beautiful home & yard, the neighborhood is really quiet & located very close to the area of the city we spend a lot of time in. Would book again. The pool gets direct sun most of the day & is warm. My only suggestion is that, if you want to float around the pool, you should bring your own raft as we didn’t see any pool toys, but the house is equipped with literally everything else you could ever need.

Absolutely easy process and wonderful experience

Get away weekend for me and the future wife. Love the house and area it was in would book again in a heartbeat. Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend Patrick’s house to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

A really nice 10 days stay

Property was exactly as described and well located. You can walk to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, it’s also only around 30 minutes drive to Miami or Palm Beach. Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We felt very safe in this area and loved the house. Very modern and clean as was the outdoor area and a nice warm pool too. The owner was very accommodating to our ad-hoc request. Would definitely book again.

Great getaway

The house was awesome and just what I needed after a very trying January!! The neighborhood is so quaint and walkable. The pool was perfect and the home is close to town, coffee shops, kayaking and the beach. The host was very helpful, accommodating and always available. We had a great time and the weather was perfect!! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and immaculately clean home! The house was spotless, with gleaming floors and pristine bathrooms and kitchen, that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable- perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The private backyard and pool area were a highlight-peaceful, well maintained, and the water was the perfect temperature everyday. It truly felt like our own little oasis. The host, Patrick, was extremely flexible, accommodating, and very responsive with all communication, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxing getaway!

Very nice clean place and very modern

The place is really nice. The kitchen is great. The backyard was perfect, it was private, and the pool was terrific. The place looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Wilton Manors.

Great property with great outdoor space.

Nice house, comfortable with nicely redone bathrooms. The outdoor space is very private with a beautiful pool and comfortable outdoor eating area. Perfect for lounging all day.

It was a Good trip, Great weather...home was centrally located to everything we needed. Clean, equipped with all home essentials, and a saltwater pool. Great communication with host, easy to get access to codes and information needed.

Great house! Great location!

I arrived in Fort Lauderdale during the once every 1000 years rain and flooding and had no problems in the beautiful house! And I even got to enjoy the pool when everything subsided! Patrick is a terrific host and communication with him was very easy! I also loved the neighborhood!

Perfect House Great Area

The house was spotless upon arrival and everything was perfect. I was impressed with how clean it was and don't have one complaint. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice heated pool the location was awesome. Patrick was very easy to work with and was understanding with my Dog being over the weight limit. I seen the review about the Dog urine and it's hard to believe that's true. I don't know many people would even leave their dogs urine without cleaning it up first and then the cleaning crew not finding it absolutely nothing more than someone that can't afford to stay there and hoping for a discount is all. This was my first time staying here and looking forward to coming back next year you couldn't find a better place anywhere in in the area. It's close to EVERYTHING and can't think of one complaint. Thank you very much for making our week really enjoyable & No problems totally stress free... we'll be back forsure.... TC, Buddy & Kara

This house is gorgeous. It really is ideal for a wonderful vacation. Very clean, crisp and modern. The location could not be better. The host , Patrick, was responsive, friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon!

Lovely Home

This was a great experience for my son and daughter in law who needed additional space visiting us for there little one. The home is well maintained has has great amenities that made the visit extra special. Would definitely recommend.

Dog Urine Disaster

The house and grounds are beautiful but If you're a host that employs maids that do NOT do their job, you should be fired. One bedroom reeked of dog pee so much it prompted me to strip the bed and then I discover a pee stain so large and fresh it took my breath away. The other bed had human hairs (a lot of hair) so the first day was spent doing 5 loads of laundry. The host called the maids back to clean and "offered" to drop the cleaning charge (which I'm still waiting on). He told me to get a hotel if I wanted to. I would not recommend doing business with this host, Patrick N. Is there a way I can upload pics of urine saturated mattress and hair infested bed ?

Florida at its finest!

We stayed in Patrick’s home June 24-27, 2022. The house was crispy clean with backyard views to make your eyes pop. The beds were comfortable and the showers were luxurious. The house is totally awesome and the pool….. WOW! The neighborhood was great to walk and quiet. The location is close to the beach… the airport…. Local shops. I cannot find anything to complain about. All basic amenities there for your use, even had a cup of coffee without having to go to the store! Patrick is very easy to reach and had the lights on for us when we arrived. He allowed us to have a late check out too since our flight wasn’t scheduled to leave until 530. I highly recommend this spot! Well worth the money.
