Esta espaciosa y acogedora casa de vacaciones es el lugar perfecto para grupos familiares de todas las edades para aprovechar al máximo las actividades en la playa, a poca distancia de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes ... ¡No hay paredes ni techos compartidos! Esto es lo que encontrarás:


NIVEL DEL SUELO:

- Sala de estar: un plano de planta abierto con sofá y televisión por cable

- Cocina: una gran isla central con capacidad para 4 personas, nevera / congelador, horno, estufa, lavavajillas, microondas, platos, utensilios y utensilios de cocina.

-Baño de baño; 3 lavabos, ducha, inodoro (puerta que conecta al pasillo Dormitorio # 1)

- Dormitorio # 1: Cama King; Clóset estilo Walk-In, ventilador de techo, televisión por cable


NIVEL SUPERIOR:

- 2da sala de estar: ¡Una sala de estar muy grande! Gran sofá, televisión por cable y acceso al balcón del segundo nivel.

Plenty of space

Close to beach. Our stay at this Newport Beach rental was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the pier.

We loved this place

Family with teens

We had a fabulous time with our teen daughters and two of their friends. The house was set up perfectly for our group of six and the location could not be better. We were close to everything. We didn’t rent a car and used the bike rental through the property management company - the bikes were in the garage when we arrived and we biked everywhere we wanted to go during the week (except dinner in Laguna Beach which was the only time we used Uber). It was perfection. The only minor inconvenience was not having enough hot water if everyone wanted to shower at the same time but that might happen anywhere with four teenage girls and we quickly adjusted. Would highly recommend this house, location, and management company.

Wir waren mit Sohn,schwiegertochter und Enkelkindern dort. Genug Platz und für uns eine ideale Aufteilung. Sehr nah am Beach und man ist alleine im Haus, keine Nachbarn die man hört. Achtung, in die Garage passen keine 2 Autos. Grosses Parking Problem in New Poet Beach! Auch seitenlange Regeln, wie man sich verhalten muss und welche Bussen es gibt, was Regeln nicht befolgt werden. Wirkt etwas abschreckend. Wir waren im Januar da, Regen und kalt. Wir haben gefroren. Zum Glück gab es eine Heizung.

Great Location

The house was nice and the location was really good. Unfortunately the pots and pans are really worn out and peeling. Both couches need to be replaced, really uncomfortable, no cushion support. You sink in when you sit down. Nice place just needs a little more attention.

Had a blast!

We stayed here as a family after having not seen each other in over 2 years. We celebrated 3 birthdays and had a blast, so close to the beach and to the grocery stores. Everything was great! I wouldn't have anything to add!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, and I would return. 1. Location is excellent! short lovely walk to the boardwalk and beach. Close to grocery stores, highways. 2. Garage is a great addition. 3. Cozy cottage 4. Really responsive agency. Cons: 1. A few things that I was told are waiting to be fixed, but would be great to have some signs in the house about it as well, for those late evening check ins. 2. Had to bring/buy more condiments/bathroom items than other places, but not a big deal. Just be a little more prepared.

By far the highlight of our year so far!

Had such an amazing time at this great, spacious, clean location! My two boys 4 and 6 yo, had such a blast at the beach and exploring the town. Low stress, easy dinners with great restaurants and grocery store so close. Really a perfect base for anything! Can't wait to come back!!

home away from home

We had an amazing time at this property! There was so many great things- the kitchen, living room, patio, bathroom, upstairs living room, garage and only 2 blocks to beach and grocery store! We felt so at home with the fun games and friendly neighbors. We can't wait to come again!

More Pros Than Cons

Overall enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous; an easy 2 block walk to the beach and an equally easy walk to Lido Marina Village and many nearby restaurants. The property was spacious and space was well-utilized (bright spacious living room/kitchen with high ceilings, large master bedroom, large upstairs family room). The property was clean. There were a few things in need of replacement/repair, but we were able to overlook them (kitchen stools with wicker detaching, broken tiles in the bathroom, rusty bathroom grab bars, front fence needs to be repainted). As with any house, there were quirks but the property managers didn’t inform us upfront and instead waited for us to ask before reading us the property notes (eg. Must turn door handle a certain way to lock door, must run faucet to get shower water to get hot). What bothered us the most was that there was a scheduled power outage that Edison stated they notified affected homes about but the property managers claimed to never have received the notice. (Edison’s website stated the planned outage and they were going block by block daily). We didn’t have power for 12 hours and were forced to leave the unit all day. The property managers did not offer any help or remedy besides “buy candles from Pavilions and maybe we’ll reimburse you.” We were disappointed by their response and it was probably the one thing that makes us unsure if we’d stay with this company again. Wish their reply had been more empathetic and that they learn to pay attention to planned power outages so they can disclose to renters. We should not have paid for the day we couldn’t even stay in the house during a planned outage! In the mean time, check Edison’s planned outage map!

Beautiful Beach House

This was the perfect beach house for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. We especially liked the large “hang-out” room where we could all watch movies and play games together.

Great Location but needs some fixes

Overall the place was in a great location, 3 blocks to beach and 1 block to the grocery store. We were not so pleased with the wear and tear on this house - it needs a lot of fixes in every room. The family room is smaller than advertised in photos and the outdoor patio dining table only seats 6 when it sleeps 8 but the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom are spacious. The upstairs bathroom tiles were all cracked and coming up when stepping on them, the ceiling fans only have 1 setting: high/loud and have never been cleaned (black dust all over), the bed in the couch is sadly located in the main family room where it doesn't fit, when it should be in the large game room upstairs for more privacy. The couches need to be replaced in general, some drawers don't open properly, the back door does not lock and the kitchen needs all new plates and bowls, no steak knives or can openers either. The garage barely fits 2 small cars - you have to climb out of the sunroof to fit both. And they don't provide shower soap like most rentals do. It does the job but needs a little more attention to detail. Overall an ok place to stay due to the location and style but needs a careful eye to make some simple and safe updates.

Nice property but noisy

The property was nice BUT there was major construction going on next door during our entire stay that we were not made aware of. One night the workers came back at 8pm and continued working through the night which was apparently against city rules but of course there was no one around to stop them. So, our ability to enjoy the property was marred by loud jackhammering, pressure washing, banging, sawing etc. from 7am onward every day. The place lacked a table where the 5 of us could sit together for meals and we couldn’t sit outside to eat bc of the noise next door. Other than that the place is well put together.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful Newport home. Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. The check-in process was simple even though we arrived late. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Newport. We will plan on returning next year!

Great House

We stayed here for a family vacation and we could not be lord thrilled with the location and the house itself. It had a fantastic open kitchen and a large upstairs area where we could all hang out. One block away from a grocery store which was ideal. Walking distance to Lido Island shops and restaurants and the best part is, it was a few short blocks to the beach! You had beach close property without all the noise and traffic of being right on the beach. The patio was ideal for outdoor eating as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to return to our “beach house” as our little ones called it. This will definitely be our go to spot every year!
