New fully air-conditioned gîte on enclosed grounds with private heated swimming pool (7x3.5) Composed of a large living room with kitchen area and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen (LV, oven, hob, oven / freezer, MW, tassimo ..), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), bathroom and separate wc. Barbecue.
Sheets and towels provided.
3 ears gite de France and 3 stars.
Very well located in a quiet location with the greenway at the foot of the gîte, the Pont d'Arc valley at 10 min and the shops at 5 min.
Possibility of cleaning package 60th.
