Everything about our stay in Jerusalem place Avignon was superb. The hosts were there to settle us in and to farewell us on our departure. Location could not have been better - a short walk to attractions, food market, shops etc and all around were trappings of the rich history of this city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with ample supply of kitchen equipment, laundry etc with thoughtful additions like washing powder, oils, coffee etc. We cannot praise our hosts enough - they were kind, thoughtful and caring that our time here would be enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay here again when we next visit Avignon.

It was easy to get from the Avignon TGV station. Tge no. 20 bus, then a very straight 15 minute walk right into the centre of Avignon. To be fair, the property didn’t look that inviting from outside, but once we’d opened the door, it quite took our breath away. So cosy and cute. Everything we needed. It was cool, which was good as it was 28’ outside. Carrefour, a bar, boulangerie etc all within 50m of the apartment. The check in and communication with the owner was very good too. Would definitely reccinebd.

Beautiful outdoors and fabulous pool

A wonderful apartment in the old part of Avignon. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. It also has air conditioning, for which we were grateful. Fabienne, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, and the process for getting into the apartment and collecting out keys was easy.

Wonderful hospitality by owners and extremely clean appartment

This is a spacious apartment with a very helpful, welcoming host. The apartment is so well equipped and furnished that it does feel like a home from home. In the apartment there is a lovely family area with a large balcony and there are two good sized bedrooms. Thierry and Francoise gave us lots of information about Avignon including practical things like the bus, nearby supermarkets etc. Our hosts also picked us up from the station and on the last day took us to the TGV station. We were sad to go. The apartment is in a quiet area just 15 minutes by bus from the historic old city. We mainly shopped in the old city. We caught a number 2 bus right outside the building to the train station most days and its at the gates of the old city. We had a week in Avignon and used it as a base for trains to Arles and Nimes. Both are worth a full day visit. Avignon also has medieval sites and in July an arts festival, so a meal anywhere was likely to be serenaded or diverted by festival acts advertising their shows. I would highly recommend the apartment, our host and Avignon.
