Located on the heights of Vence at the foot of the Black Baou with a magical view of the sea from the Lérins Islands to the city of Nice, this is a 60 m2 apartment with all facilities for 4 people in a absolutely quiet because of the road.
The interior of the villa has been renovated and overlooks an arched environment surrounded by palm trees
For sporty site hiking, climbing, horseback riding and cycling. Footpaths from the Gite towards the Riou River for swimming in the river or Baou des Blancs and Baou des Noirs for the peaks.
