This unique one-level home, located in the Glaze Meadow area of Black Butte Ranch is a perfect get-away for adults and families. The 2700 SQ. FT. home was remodeled in 2016 and includes a primary suite, 2 other large bedrooms and a bunk room, 3 bathrooms and a cooks kitchen. Featuring a stone fireplace (gas), high ceilings and skylights, this open floor plan home provides comfortable spaces for any type of getaway.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and glassware to accommodate a large group. And you can leave your coolers at home because there is an extra refrigerator in the garage to store all the food and beverages you need.

The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed with King size beds in the primary suite and two other bedrooms, and a bunk room that includes three sets of bunks (5 Twin size and 1 Full size bed).

Outdoors, you will enjoy two patio spaces including a private patio with a granite fire pit and hot tub, and a second patio that includes a propane grill, table and chairs to create the perfect area to gather for meals.

Effective January 1, 2024, an Administrative Fee has been added in VRBO to cover Black Butte Ranch access fees, which are passed through directly to the ranch.

Peaceful property among the pines

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home was well stocked with necessary items. It is in a nice location and an easy walk to Glaze Meadow golf course. Also the beds were very comfortable and roomy.

Holiday gathering

We had a great time staying here with 3 families. Room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved having bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a fantastic time.

Lovely Vacation Property

Booking the rental property was effortless. The property owners quickly respond to any questions. The house layout is ideal for multi-generational families with a large great room and dining table with seating that easily accommodates 12 for meals It has a wonderfully equipped kitchen for cooking meals for a large group. The house is located in a quiet section of the ranch but also close to the Glaze Meadow golf course and just a quick bicycle ride to the Glaze Meadow pool, recreation center and tennis/pickleball courts. Thank you, Chris and Tom, for a great vacation.

Perfect week at BBR

Our family spent a little over a week enjoying Black Butte Ranch and this very nice and well-equipped home. The property was as described and the owner’s communication and assistance was excellent. Very thankful for the opportunity to spend our family vacation here. Looking forward to the next trip to the ranch!

2nd Stay-Still Outstanding!

This was our second year in a row to stay in this house and it did not disappoint! It remains one of the best VRBO homes we have ever rented. It's located in a quiet area of Black Butte Ranch, with easy bike, walking or car access to the Glaze Meadow pool and recreation area. It's cleanliness, comfort and owner communication are top notch-highly recommend!

Chris and Tom opened their home to me and my family. It was like staying at a very good friend's well stocked home. We were extremely fortunate to have found their home for our family vacation. Immaculate, well-appointed rental with great location!

We have stayed at the Ranch for years in different properties and this one is something special. It does not have the mis-mashed feel of a long term rental. It was extremely clean upon check-in and was as described in the listing. The house has everything you can think of for cooking and entertaining the troops. The location is a good one and an easy ride for all ages to the main pool and rec area. I would highly recommend this rental. It rents at a higher price point for a reason! Thank you for a great trip!

Black Butte Perfection!

Our family loved every minute at this lovely well appointed home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from utensils to appliances. They even had spices and containers of sugar and flour. The 3 king beds were great and there is a very lovely large dining room table. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill and using the hot tub which was pristine. Tom and Christine answered any questions we had very quickly. The house is laid out so that the bedrooms enjoy a lot of privacy. It is perfect for a large family or friends. We hope to return next summer!

Exceptional home and resort

Truly wonderful home set in the woods within Black Butte Ranch. Layout of the home was excellent for our group: 3 adult couples and 2 20-yr olds. Check-in was easy - note tgat you must stop at guest services to obtain you gate key card before getting on the BBR property.Communication with the owner was exceptional.Home was immaculate upon arrival with every supply item you could need for a stay. Kitchen appliances, TV, and the hot tub were all easy to use. There is a very thorough instruction book to use as a reference. The beds were all super comfortable with great-feeling sheets. Lots of high quality towels in all the bathrooms too.We had several friends and family members at BBR for a destination wedding and this home was the better from a space and comfort perspective than most of the others we saw.I would book this home again without hesitation and will recommend it for anyone we know traveling to the Sisters area. Thank you for a fantastic vacation experience!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Setting

This home was amazing! Not often does a rental property live up to the hype, but this one definitely did! The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms all had double vanities, and the kitchen was open and stocked with cookware and utensils that were in excellent condition. The large dining room table was perfect for our group, including when we had family from other houses come over for a dinner meal. The hot tub was a huge plus and very much enjoyed! To top all of this off, Tom and Christine were very attentive: checking in with us day of check in, mid-stay, and day of check out. Their instructions were very detailed and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again on future visits to Black Butte Ranch!

Property layout is great. Upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, & hot tub are amazing.

We were disappointed with the lack of pool towels as we went to the pool everyday and had to purchase them. The furniture in the main seemed worn and needs updating. The outdoor couch cushions lacked covers so when it rained we had to wait a couple of days for them to dry out before using the space with the fire pit. Overall it’s a lovely home, that can accommodate multiple families with kids of all ages. The single level is rare and the hot tub is great!

We loved it

Chris and Tom were easy to work with, the home has an industrial heavy timber vibe that we LOVED since my husband is a heavy timber engineer, the hot tub was a hit with the kids since the pools had limited capacity with COVID, and there was plenty of room for three couples and two kids to gather or spread out for the week. The kitchen/dining/living space worked so well to gather our extended family. And at the end of the day, all three couples had large bedrooms with king size beds in which to retreat. The kids loved the bunk room with its own TV and plenty of room for toys and books. We had a soul-filling week together during these challenging days. Black Butte Ranch is lovely with many options for outdoor activity and this home is a terrific home base!

Quiet, convenient space for suitable for multiple families

There were 11 of us (three families), and the space was perfect. The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice. We loved that the bedrooms are spread out allowing for privacy. Lots of little touches made us feel well cared for (oatmeal soap and lotion in the bathrooms for after days at the pool, headlamps for going out after dark). We loved the different seating areas outside -- the front deck for dining and stargazing, the table by the garage for watching the kids play, and the firepit and hot tub for adult after dinner conversation. The mudroom is so convenient for collecting all the shoes and jackets. It really helped keep us organized. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need plus luxury touches. A previous reviewer commented on the furniture needing replacement, but we didn't find that to be the case. Yes, there's a little wear, but the couch and club chair were really comfortable. It's obvious the owners are putting a great deal of care into upgrading the house. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. There are still a few things that aren't perfect (like the front deck needs refinishing--so wear shoes out there), but given the great condition of the rest of the house, I'm guessing that's on the owner's to-do list. Communication with the owners was a top-notch. They reached out to us to make sure things were ok when we arrived, and helped troubleshoot little issues like logging into the television and figuring out an issue with the hot tub. I really appreciated that they were so communicative without being intrusive. All in all, this house has it all.

Why they chose this property

We rented this home shortly after it was remodeled in 2016 and loved the house. While on vacation in 2019 we saw that it was newly on the market. We are so excited to share our home with others and hope you love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This is a single level home with open common spaces and large bedroom. It is a great home for families to share on vacation.
