Very nice and modern villa offering a main building with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and a secondary building with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom in a large tropical garden with a private swimming pool at only 150 meters from the beach (Saint François) and 1500 meters from the center of Saint François city with the local market, shops, restaurants, casino, marina, etc.



Composition: kitchen, 5x bedroom, 4x bathroom, 2x WC, living room

Amenities: bed linen & towels, terrace, air conditioning, swimming pool, free wireless internet, private parking, smoking allowed, 2x shower, 4x pair of twin beds, 2x single bed, bbq grill, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, water tank of 5000 liters.

Guarantee deposit of 2500 euros (villa + bungalow) to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 200 euros (villa+bungalow) to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5% of the total amount limited to 4 euros per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking
