WOW es lo que dirá cuando ingrese a esta unidad completamente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. ESO Ver !! No podrías acercarte más al agua.
Buscado después de construir con excelentes comodidades como piscina frente al mar, canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto y shuffle board y una sala de recreación en el piso 12 con vistas de 360 grados, mesas de billar, mesa de ping pong y otras.

El condominio en sí tiene muebles de diseño de lujo y todo lo mejor de la línea. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesitará.
Se proporcionan tablas de surf, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa. Juegos de mesa y consolas de juegos para días lluviosos también están en la unidad.
Nos enorgullecemos de nuestra unidad y se nota.

El condominio se está renovando completamente, el piso, la cocina, los baños, el mobiliario, la ropa de cama, etc., serán nuevos. Las imágenes se actualizarán una vez que Reno esté completo, la fecha de finalización prevista es el 22 de noviembre de 2019.

The Best on the Beach

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in and we have been going to New Smyrna Beach for many years. It's beautifully decorated, the furniture and appliances are all up to date, the amenities are top notch, the view is 5 star, and the whole condo complex is in top notch shape. We hope to stay there again.

Spectacular Condo

This condo, and its owners, were amazing. We were looking to experience New Smyrna Beach and couldn’t have done it in a better place. The unit was spotless and the amenities are all top notch. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets soft and not scratchy, and the towels were soft I ordered some for my home. We had great views and a great location on the beach. We will definitely come back! So nice!

Incredible Condo

This condo is wonderful - perfect location and is the most well supplied condo we've stayed in. The owners checked in a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything and helped us out immediately when we did. Also it is the cleanest condo we've stayed in and all the kitchen items were top notch and in great condition. We can't say enough about this place and hope someday we can visit again.

Amazingly beautiful condo and perfect location!

This was the best trip we’ve had in New Symrna and we’ve been coming here for 12 years. Steve and Nancy were always available for questions and made sure we had a warm welcome with gifts! The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and on a wonderful part of the beach. The amenities including pool, tennis and shuffle board were an added bonus. We are definitely coming back to stay!!

Truly the most magical week from the moment we stepped foot into the condo and were greeted with such a warm and beachy environment and the most gorgeous views right out our living room and bedroom windows! Beautiful oceanfront condo in NSB

My wife and kids along with her parents all came to stay in New Smyrna to see where I grew up and have a nice week at the beach. The condo was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, and was stocked with just about everything you could need. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We were sad to leave! Great experience, Steve and Nancy are great hosts. Felt like coming home again!

We fell in love with Southwind the minute we saw it. Not only is it located in a highly desirable beach area but the building has so much to offer. We love the beach and have traveled to many different areas using VRBO. We have learned what we like and what we don’t and have used this to continually improve our unit.

Because we go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We pay attention to detail and set high standards throughout. The unit is comfortable with upscale linens, All new Tommy Bahama mattresses in all bedrooms, Macy’s upgraded leather couch and chairs, beautiful decor and gourmet kitchen.
If you need it and we don’t have it, please reach out and if reasonable we will provide it.
