Florida Vacay really made this an easy process. Communication was great. The condo was even better than the pictures. It really was a great stay. We will definitely use Florida Vacay again!

Beautiful place to start and end each day.

Condo was as advertised. It was spacious, beautiful and clean. We started and ended each day on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean.

Clean and comfortable, with fantastic ocean views. Bath towels were soft! Kitchen was well stocked. Elevator makes hauling your gear very easy. Walk to the beach is a short. Nice place!

Beach Girls Getaway!

Had wonderful time with friends. We enjoyed being all together vs getting hotel rooms. This condo was very clean, fresh & had everything we needed. Great beach views, we felt like we were right on the beach. Bridget at Florida Vacations was very patient & helpful. We appreciated the late checkout! Thanks!

Spring Break

The property was as described. The view was amazing and this area of the beach was quiet and occupied mostly by families. The condo was close enough to restaurants and shops but in a quiet area that felt very safe. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all of the amenities. The property managers made communication very easy and we were greeted by a very nice gentleman on our arrival. Thank you for a great experience.

New Year's in NSB

Excellently appointed property; clean, modern furnishings, and we wanted for nothing (kitchen items, appliances, furniture, linens, beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys). New Year's Eve saw some early evening larger fireworks directly out front by other guests, but that subsided by 10p. Perfect week - we will definitely reserve this very unit the next time we're in NSB!

Great family condo

We enjoyed our stay on New Smyrna beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 5...it was clean, great view, and right on the beach. We enjoyed the nice big pool, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys for us to use on the beach. No complaints! Except maybe that there were no-see-ums, especially in the morning on the balcony porch. Would recommend!

NSB February 2022

This unit needs repairs to master bedroom bureau, faulty electrical outlets and lamps in living room, sliding doors very difficult to open. Construction and temporary support columns not comforting.

Awesome place to stay!!!!

We traveled down for some family affairs and decided to stay in the beach. This way we could still get some family time with the four of us me my wife and two kids. This condo was perfect, location is amazing it’s not far from everything but has a very private feel. Enjoyed the private beach at times it felt as if we were the only ones there. The condo was super clean and very well take. Care of had no issues during our stay! Willl definitely be back again. Thank you

Clean place with great views!

The building is very dated and was a little scary with all the support beams throughout. The place has amazing views and the condo was clean inside.

Ups and downs

My stay didn’t start out great. We walked in and there was a broken drawer handle in the kitchen. I quickly let them know. The first night we tried turning on the lights in the living room and they didn’t work. We called the after hours number and the guy had my husband flipping switches in the breaker box and all the switches on the walls. We never got them working so we went to bed. While we were sleeping, the hurricane shutter fell halfway down. We tried using the switch to make it go back up with no luck. The switch did make it go fully down. I was afraid of leaving it halfway down. I thought it might fall and I had my 1 year old to think about. Later that day, someone came and looked at it and said the shutter company would have to come out. They did the next afternoon. I didn’t enjoy looking at a black wall instead of the beach but what can you do? They sent house keeping out to check on the lights. She said the lamps weren’t plugged in. They were. We had unplugged and plugged back in. My husband and my father-in-law as a matter of fact. I just didn’t appreciate some of the things that happened. I thought they may compensate us a little for our issues. I thought they might say “enjoy dinner on us” or comp the cleaning fee. No such luck. The condo wasn’t spotless as some reviews have said. There was actually coffee in the coffee pot when we got there. I don’t know if it has something to do with the location or what, but if we walked barefoot in the condo, our feet were black. They came Sunday and cleaned again but my 1 year still had black feet after running around. Maybe it has something to do with the beach. I’m not sure. I’m just disappointed for the kind of money I paid. I’m going to move on and use this as a lesson learned.

Rain rain go away

The condo was spotless. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was awesome. Grandma and Grandpa were with us- they are in their 80's- the elevator was out for an entire day- so they were kind of stuck. Other than that it was great!!!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed perfect weather. Divided our time between beach and pool. Our condo had the kitchen and baths nicely redone. Kitchen well equipped. Only things I would recommend is a broom and dustpan and a hairdryer to use. Will come back!!

Beach getaway!

Unit was very nicely decorated and updated. The only complaint is that we had to clean the patio chairs on the balcony before we could use them as they had a lot of mildew on them. The unit provided laundry and dishwasher detergent but no soap for the shower. Checkout of 10:00 is too early considering you can’t check in until 4. There is an hourly fee for early check in! We were told we could check in at 3 for no charge but any earlier, we would be charged. The unit was clearly available prior to 3 so doesn’t make sense that we couldn’t get in earlier than 3.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great in every way. It was very close to the beach. It was very nice. And the management was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We even extended our stay by one night.
