Farmhouse completely renovated in 2019, air-conditioned, with large heated infinity pool (April to October) measuring 10 x 4 m x 1.5 m, jacuzzi, sauna, table football, table tennis, exercise bike, pétanque court and exceptional views of the village with its listed castle and the Cévennes mountains. In southern Ardèche, magnificent single-storey villa located 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Chauvet Cave 2 - Ardèche, canoeing and all tourist and leisure activities. This completely independent house is not overlooked and is located in an oak forest. Our swimming pool is heated free of charge by our solar panels. It can also be heated, as an option, by EDF (billed at actual cost by a specific meter), depending on the desired temperature. A haven of freedom and tranquillity, unspoilt natural surroundings, magnificent panoramic view of the medieval village of Labastide de Virac and its castle, a listed historical monument. 2.5 hectares of wooded grounds with a large Mediterranean garden on terraces. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen area, large lounge, 1 master bedroom with a queen-size bed, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 wellness room. 2 terraces. Very close (800 metres as the crow flies) to the Ardèche Gorges and 100 metres from the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve.
Numerous walks, hikes and mountain bike trails starting from the house. Many other activities such as horse riding, tree climbing, canyoning, remarkable caves, canoeing, caving, via ferrata, etc. within a radius of just a few kilometres.
