You have breathtaking Gulf views from anywhere in the condo including the large wrap-around balcony where you can drink your coffee or sip your wine while you watch for dolphins, listen to the surf or take a swim in the huge pool which is located in the center of the manicured grounds. This unit now comes with free beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) beginning in early March until October 31.

Our condo is in pristine condition and features a brand new kitchen with new white cabinets, tiled back splash, granite counters and brand new stainless appliances. The living room is styled with comfort in mind with a cozy reclining couch, a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating for a large family. The master bedroom is very classy, includes a king size bed and comes with its own master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks with granite counters and build-in makeup dresser. The second large bedroom features a queen bed AND full size bed and also comes with its own bathroom. There is a half bath in the hall for guests. There is a blow up queen bed (that you conveniently plug in) instead of a pull out couch!

Unit 312D truly comes with everything you need to have an amazing vacation including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Mediterranea is located just steps from Pompano Joe's on Scenic Gulf Drive, and convenient to restaurants, golf courses, movie theaters, water park, Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the Harbor Docks, the Track, numerous Arcades, and tons of shopping!
