Great property with direct ocean view. Beautiful pool in the rear at this gated and private property. Close to restaurants. We will be back!

I cannot think of one thing that was not wonderful. Even the people in the other units were wonderful. The location gives you a beautiful view and it is very conveniently located.

Unit is exactly as represented in the photos and spotless upon arrival. It is well maintained and up to date. Great location and community with only 44 units and private beach; it was great to meet and see the same people the days we were there.

Beautiful ocean view

The condo was very nice and within walking distance to restaurants. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the sound of the waves was peaceful. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again.

Brooke is a great host. Very easy to work with, let us check-in early because the condo was ready early. Room was great, decorated beautifully, and beach chair/umbrella set included is a big plus. We will always choose Beach Retreat.

Great stay!

Overall, great stay in a wonderful Condo with a gorgeous beach view! The condo was just as the listing showed, and the host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. Condo was very clean and well kept. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Retreat 204! Even though our vacation happened to fall during Hurricane Bertha, we made the best of our time, and having such a cozy, comfortable condo made all the difference.The condo was perfect for our family of four with a teenager and a preteen. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, and the complimentary beach chair service was an added bonus.We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach, and the private beach access, pool, and parking area made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a quieter alternative to the busier Destin area, this location is ideal. It has a much more laid back, relaxing atmosphere.Being on the second floor was also a plus we could easily take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. We also appreciated the smaller size of the building, which meant the pool and private beach never felt crowded.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely choose Beach Retreat 204 again!
