A Little Piece of Paradise es un impresionante semidúplex de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en Key Colony Beach. Esta propiedad cuenta con una cocina actualizada con una gran área de bar, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor y la sala de estar están abiertos y cuentan con TV de pantalla plana, DVD, estéreo con conexión para CD y iPod.

Hay un patio y un bar tiki para su disfrute en el interior. También hay luces, electricidad, agua y una estación de limpieza de peces en el muelle de 37 'para su embarcación. El congelador de cebo estará ubicado en el área de estacionamiento techado.

Great get away

Loved the tiki hut in the back yard. The house was in a great location and very comfortable. Enjoyed the cabana club pool and beach area.

We stayed 2 weeks the first week with our grown children and the second week with other family members. It was perfect for our stay. The property was very roomy and had easy access with our boats to both the gulf and the Atlantic. We love the Cabana Club and the amenities they provide. I would highly suggest this property to anyone.

Perfect location!

We come every year for the week of Thanksgiving! We’ve decided that 9th street in Key Colony is a great center location, and provides easy access to all the amenities in the neighborhood. This is the first time we rented a house without a pool, but with the club access it really didn’t matter! The kids had a blast and everyone slept comfortably! The kitchen was very well stocked! We will definitely be renting this house again!!! 😊

Wonderful property, 2nd time staying at this house and will probably stay again. My only complaints are the management company never sent the exact address and vrbo's description is one number off. Also the owners should probably replace the master bedroom mattress soon, it is sagging badly. thshouldprobably replace themagetting very so

Great place! Kayaks On-site!

Had a great place on 9th street! The tiki bar was lovely and having kayaks to use was fabulous. Also, they did not limit the A/C thermostat which is a huge plus. My friends stayed in a different place on the street and could only turn theirs down to 70 degrees, and weren’t told about it ahead of time. It had plenty of cookware and accessories, along with a good working gas grill. Really enjoyed the stay! The only suggestion would be access to streaming services, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. There were plenty of channels to choose from no more than I watched TV. I would highly recommend!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was Great up to the point that they tried to extort us for a new upgraded Front Door.There was a manual Deadbolt on the inside of the exterior door which had no key on the outside of the door which while out fishing our dog locked which meant we could NOT gain access to the house we called the office but no answer because they were closed .called multiple locksmiths and could not get one to answer so we were forced to pry the window on the front Door open which damaged the window frame but managed to get it up high enough to get my hand in to unlock thinking we were doing the right thing we reported it to the office the next Day and they said they would send their handyman up to look at it and also told me that it was not a big deal the Door was we get a call from the office later that day telling us their handy man says the window is not replaceable that the whole door needed replacing and the owners were gonna pick out a door and they would email me an invoice as I told them we had know problem paying for the damages.Little did they no I'm a project manager for a large GC company in Volusia county Florida I Called my State licensed window/door contractor and sent him dimensions and photos of said door and window keep in mind there was absolutely no damage to the door itself he found a replacement window for that door in 2 minutes at a cost of $220.00 and a whole Door for $465.00.Friday afternoon I get an email stating the owners have picked out a Door custom impact half glass storm Door at the cost of $1526.49 and Labor would be $1200.00 for a total cost of $2726.40 and had a missed call from the office at 4:45 pm and a message demanding payment so they could order the door neither did I get until after office closed.We stepped up and did the right thing only to feel like they tried to shaft us.all paperwork and invoices including theirs which actually says no permit needed which is 100% false have been turned over to our Attorney
