We had such a great time at this house last week. It was even nicer in person, and the outside is truly an Oasis. We went to Sunset Park every night for with our picnic and champagne. Beautiful Photos!! We will be back for sure.

house was immaculate, beds were deliciously comfortable, bathrooms updated, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal! Bedrooms were huge compared to other rentals we have had in key colony.

We had an amazing stay at Southern Comfort! The house was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time out back—relaxing in the pool and fishing right off the dock was a highlight of our trip. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the host was great to work with—responsive and pleasant throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect place!

Loved our stay! It was nicely decorated, clean, and had the best backyard! The pool was great (I recommend paying the extra to have it heated in March or winter months, its worth it if you enjoy pool time). The owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues.

We had a great time love the pool. The grill was in great shape. House was in great shape very close to everything especially getting out of the Atlantic and out of the golf by boat would stay here again..

The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool and patio were absolutely awesome and very relaxing. The property was maintained on a regular basis by a pool and landscape services. We had an issue with the washing machine leaking and the owner was contacted and promptly fixed the issue which was greatly appreciated. Future recommendations would be beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. We headed to a couple beaches in the area and beach chairs would be a welcome addition. The kayaks in the listing were not there which we were looking forward to. All in all this home was a wonderful place to stay and we would recommend it and stay again in the future.

5 Stars! Perfect family getaway in Key Colony Beach

We had a fantastic stay! The layout of the home was perfect for our small family—comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully decorated with charming coastal touches. We especially loved spending time by the pool, relaxing under the palapa, and enjoying the dock. The location is ideal, with Sunset Park just a short walk away. During our stay, we were lucky enough to spot manatees and even a nurse shark right off the dock—such a memorable experience! Patti was a wonderful host with great communication from start to finish. We’d absolutely love to book again!

Simply Perfect

We have been home for almost a week, yet we are missing Key Colony Beach so much! From the gorgeous home, pool, wildlife (including manatees, heron, and a plethora of others) to the fabulous restaurant recommendations (we tried all of them— some multiple times) this property is one of the best we have ever visited. If you find it available when you will be in the area, you should grab it ASAP!

Relaxing Vacation

What a great place in a great community! First time in Key Colony and we absolutely loved it. The rental has everything you need to enjoy your stay -- very clean, welcoming, sparkling pool, great dock/canal, park right down the street to watch the sunsets and they are dog friendly. The hosts were wonderful! Kept lines of communication open and always there to answer any questions we had. This place is a gem! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I didn't want to leave! We'll be back ;)

What a great experience! My family and I (wife/9yr old/7yr old) just returned home from an amazing Marathon vacation where we had the pleasure of staying at this home. Patti the owner made our check in and check out super easy. The home is just immaculate in everyway...perfection in all areas. We were able to spread out easily. The kitchen was perfect for the meals we prepared. The backyard is just great...the pool was fun for us all as was the very comfortable and cool (tx ceiling fan)...I fell asleep out there once or twice! The dock was great to do some light fishing from and to pelican watch...and yes you can spot a Manatee or two. We did! Book this home you will not be disappointed...we sure werent!

My husband and I fell in love with Key Colony Beach since 2016. We truly enjoy the Florida Keys lifestyle and have been fortunate to meet many wonderful neighbors who have become close friends. Our dream is to live here permanently and share this paradise with travelers from around the world, showing that life is all about health, happiness, and simple joys.

Key Colony Beach has everything we could ask for—convenient shopping, excellent restaurants with friendly staff, and one of the best hospitals just 10 minutes away. It’s a very safe community with 24/7 law enforcement, giving us peace of mind every day.
