Fabulous 3 sovrum villa med privat pool och trädgård

Den nybyggda villan ligger i ett naturskönt, lugnt läge och ändå är det bara en kort bilresa från restauranger, stränder och nöjen i Ericeira. Om du letar efter en familjesemester med allt du behöver på din tröskel än ser inga ytterligare Renoveringar på villan är nyligen avslutade och det har varit färdiga till en mycket hög standard. Den fantastiska poolen ligger i rymliga trädgårdar och leder till en volleybollplan och fruktodlingar. Om du kan stå ut med att lämna den vackra naturen, då insidan av huset är precis så härlig. Det finns en stor och bekväm lounge och matsal med panoramautsikt över dalen och ett modernt, välutrustat kök med tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, etc. Köket leder till en annan terrass och grillplats - den perfekta platsen för familjen al-fresco dining. Det är en bekväm tvåbäddsrum på bottenvåningen finns också en nedre toalett / duschrum. Marmor trappor leder till första våningen där det finns alla runt balkonger med fantastisk utsikt över poolen, trädgårdar och landsbygden. På denna våning hittar du sovrummet leder ut på balkongen och har en bekväm dubbelsäng och en lyxen av en klädkammare. Det finns också en annan dubbelrum på denna våning som delar samma panoramautsikt. Dessa rum delar en annan modern, fullt utrustat duschrum med toalett, handfat och regndusch.

Wonderful property, really thoughtfully kitted out with pool towels and kitchen essentials. Very clean, beds comfy, pool gorgeous. Fantastic check in and out process and great communication with Irene who was super helpful. Nestled in the hills, 7 mins drive to the nearest beach and 10 mins to the supermarket and Ericeira. We highly recommend this place.

Family holiday near Ericera

A nice property, good value for money. Outdoor furniture needed replacing. Dogs next door were barking incessantly but that’s a Portuguese thing, not the owners fault ! Overall a nice place to stay. Could have done with some AC at night but that’s just a personal preference. Short drive to nearby beaches and towns. Plenty of good little bars and restaurants in the area.

Amazing holiday home - absolutely recommended

The property is absolutely fantastic, communication was very fast and easy. Situated only 10 minutes drive in the hills this was the perfect spot for our holiday. The pool and house are stunning and equipped with all you need. There was some building noise for some days next door, however we found a good solution for all of us. Will be back!

Nice and beautiful place

We enjoyed the stay at the house. A nice swimming pool and a lot of luxury at the house. A beautiful view. A few little details probably for attention, one is that the lights on te pool didn’t work, the temperature in the house was very warm (especially upstairs) and the mobile airco was very noisy. The loungeset outside was ok but could be better (soft pillows). We had a few sleepless nights because of a lot of barking of dogs in the environment (day and night). It is out of the influence of the house owner, but it was a lot and therefore a little disturbing. We’ve learned that it’s normal in Portugal. Some earplugs helped a lot ;-) The contact with Irene as very good and helpful. The maintenance of the swimming pool was very good and accurate. We enjoyed the pool every day. Thanks for the stay!

Traumhaft schön, erholsam und super Erreichbarkeit

Die Lage ist super - traumhafter Weitblick und hervorragend mit kleineren Kindern, die einfach machen können ohne Rücksicht auf Nachbarn etc. haben zu müssen. Mit dem Auto sind unendlich viele Strände in max. 30min zu erreichen. Mind. 5 verschiedene super spots, auch zum surfen innerhalb von 10min.

Sehr schönes Haus, ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub

Die Verwalterin, Irene, ist wirklich sehr herzlich und kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Anliegen! Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, und der wunderschöne Pool lädt jeden Tag zum Schwimmen ein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an den Stränden, in der Stadt oder aber in schönen Restaurants. Auch die Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen. Da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und man kann auch mal den ganzen Tag entspannt am Pool verbringen. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war das morgendliche Wecken durch das Bellen der Nachbarhunde und die vielen Stechmücken, aber das gehört im Süden halt dazu. Und die Qualität der Betten lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir können das Haus aber dennoch weiterempfehlen!!

Lovely villa near Ericeira

Villa was great for a family of 4 adults, using all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen was compact but usable, with a great dining area and comfortable sofas around a large TV. Best of all was the view from the good outdoor furniture and the excellent (if a little chilly in late September) pool. Easy to access local supermarkets and nearby Ericeira a great place to watch the surfers and eat out. We also visited Lisbon by bus and Sintra by car. All-in-all a great base for exploring but also a lovely house to relax in.

Jolie villa pour vacances en famille

Une hôte très gentil, une belle région et une belle maison . Toutefois nous avons été déçu par la qualité des meubles IKEA vieillissants du mobilier extérieur,mais aussi de l’entretien du terrain (le terrain sous la piscine étant laissé à l’abandon) de même la maison se trouve en face d’une salle de réception musique jusqu’à deux heures du matin ! Pour conclure je ne pense pas que le prix soit en adéquation avec les prestations .

Magnifique endroit

Belle maison dans un endroit magnifique et très calme en semaine. Malheureusement une salle des fêtes proche de la location nous empêche de dormir les vendredi et samedi. La cuisine est un peu limite pour 6 personnes (2 plaques chauffantes) mais il y a largement assez de vaisselle. Nous avons eu des odeurs d'égouts persistantes dans les salles de bain. Certains sièges (chaises longues et chaises en bois) n'étaient pas en très bon état. La piscine ne semble pas être chauffée et peut rebuter les plus frileux. La location est proche de belles plages. Bon séjour en général.

Lovely break - would recommend this Villa

Had a lovely stay In Eirceira. Villa was very spacious and in a lovely quiet area and not overlooked. Irene was very helpful and easy to deal with and always came back promptly with replies to any queries we had. The weather was good but maybe not as warm as we would have hoped for but that is not reflection on the property. Also not too far from Lisbon so easy to get to from the airport and plenty of nice places to go to on day trips as well (Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon etc). Would definitely recommend.

Good all round holiday destination

We enjoyed staying at Kintinha for a week in September. The house is generally well set up with everything you need and was very clean and welcoming. We found just two downsides. The kitchen is tiny and the two ring hob just made cooking a meal at home difficult (unfortunately there is no shelter to enable barbecue on a breezy day) We also regretted that there were no bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. But lots of choice of Good restaurants in Ericeira Near by beaches were super and the pool at the house was Very good.

A great experience from start to finish. The house is lovely and spacious, neat and clean. The area is quiet and the pool is sparkling clean and not overlooked. It was a pleasure to meet Itene, her recommendations for places to eat we’re spot on and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely worth a return trip!

Prachtig huis met super gastvrouw Irene

Dit huis heeft alles. Het ligt perfect. Je kunt vanuit hier van alles ondernemen maar ook relaxen bij het huis wat heel rustig ligt. Er zijn fietsen maar een auto is zeker ook handig en aan te raden. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Irene is aanspreekpunt en zij is super! Ook als je je reis nog aan het voorbereiden bent. Wij willen zeker nog een keer terug en zullen het huis zeker ook bij vrienden en familie aanraden. Wij hadden een super vakantie met dit huis als uitvalsbasis.

Perfectly peaceful

As fabulous as it looks in the photos, I can assure you real life is better! The villa is perfect, clean, spacious and set in a beautifully peaceful location. We are very familiar with the surrounding area but for those who aren't, Irene, your host is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! A car is a good idea if you like to explore as many places to visit definitely require it. Unlike the Algarve, this is a beautiful area largely unspoilt with many areas not catering for tourists specifically. This is exactly why we love this area but for those seeking that kind of entertainment, you will definitely have to travel to find it! If you are looking for stunning scenery, friendly locals, pretty rustic towns with lovely places to eat and are in need of a totally relaxing holiday then this is the place for you! The villa is the perfect bade with a lovely pool and an interior that feels just like home. Thank-you Irene, we loved it!

Amazing place and location

In a typically English fashion, the first bonus for us when booking this villa was finding out that Irene was English. This made all communication smooth and easy, she is a lovely lady who couldn't have been more helpful. The villa itself is beautiful, very modern, stunning views. fantastic amenities (the pool was well used) and the location is terrific, so easy to get everywhere and lovely beaches only a short drive away. We like to try different places when we go away, but we are definitely going to stay here again, the location and views alone are worth it. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent villa with beautiful view

Excellent villa with all the things you need during your holiday. Lots of outside space with various spots to sit and relax and of course a lovely pool. The villa is located in a remote location in the middle of nature, so a (rental)car is advisable, but then it is just 7 minutes to the town Ericeira and 35 minutes to Lissabon. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our week of 'City tripping' in combination with relaxing at the villa. A big "Thank You!" to Irene who made sure we had all the things we needed.
