This was perfect for a bachelor party weekend. Ten guys and more than enough room for sleeping. Close to the stadium and any shopping needs we had. Even close enough when we pivoted and added another bourbon tour stop. The covered deck and outdoor areas were just what we needed for catching the late games on tv. Instructions were simple and smooth. Definitely a place we would stay again!

This immaculate, well appointed home was perfect for our stay in Lexington. Our family of 7 (two parents, 5 young adults) were extremely comfortable. We travel often, and this truly was the best home we’ve stayed in.

Property overall worked great for our family gathering of daughters, sons-in-law and pre-K children. There were a couple of maintenance type issues - the upstairs bath had no hot water, but there were two other full baths with hot water, so we managed. There do need to be some repairs to the screening around the acreened in porch to make an otherwise great feature work optimally. We also found there were initially no plastic bowls, plates, cups etc for small children and no plastic tubs for food storage, and the kitchen sink was missing a stopper to allow hand washing of items that were not suited for the dishwasher. Best feature of the property though was the host's prompt attention to purchase these items for our stay, and I'm certain whatever was going on with the hot water upstairs will be promptly rectified. We thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool, hot tub, grill, the games downstairs and the beds were super comfy. Great neighborhood, great location and great home overall - with a super responsive and attentive host - would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend to others for a stress-free, smooth experience!

Nothing above and beyond and likewise nothing totally unacceptable. The pool is small and not really for adults. Would be nice to have been stocked with more paper towels and kitchen towels since we were cooking every night. Overall, a totally acceptable rental.

This is a large home with 4 comfortable areas for groups to gather. It was perfect for our multi generation family. Minor issues were promptly addressed. The woods and brook at the rear of the property were a big hit with the kids.

The house was as pictured and described; the management team was very responsive and helpful when needed. Beds were comfortable; our party of 10 cooked at the house twice and found it to be spacious enough for all of us, and the location was convenient to all the places we visited. Quiet, pretty neighborhood; we made daily walks in the park that sits behind the propery

The family had a very relaxing time in Lexington. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Near perfect for family stay

The property gave plenty of space for 10 of us. Bedrooms spacious, too. Location close to everything we wanted. Two dining room tables were useful - anniversary display on one and eat at other! Pool (seemed larger than picture) and hot tub were well used by all ages and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped, including pans and utensils. Gas-fired fire pit used for s'mores with good outcome for grandkids. Management responsive to fix the "miss" of baby items not there at first. Only reason for 4/5 on cleanliness is for stained cushions on screened porch furniture, although we used it anyway (nothing rubbed off!).

Nice house in a good area

This large home is in a very nice neighborhood a short distance from many of Lexington's attractions. Six adults stayed here & we had plenty of room; the beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, the house was clean. The deck is gorgeous, we didn't use the hot tub or pool but both looked great. There is a large screened porch. It ended up one of the men had hurt his knee & couldn't do steps. Took care of this easily by letting him in the front door then everything he needed was accessible. The owner communicated clearly & quickly.
