NEWLY renovated and decorated
Nice sitting room with a big sofa, air conditioning , TV 40' and kitchinette with electricity cooker 2-ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, teapot a table with the chairs for dining. Two bedrooms. At each bedroom EURO KING SIZE BED ( size 160x200 cm), The shower room with a fresh cotton towels and separate toilet room with washbasin and hairdryer bedroom has a wardrobe space, fresh linens,iron and ironing board

Great location

We loved the location of this property. It felt very safe and was in walking distance to many restaurants and attractions within Barcelona. The property is beautiful and has great decor. Once you arrive you have to sign a contract stating that you will not allow anyone not on the reservation into the apartment which made it difficult to coordinate with friends from home we were meeting in the city. There is also a very strict no alcohol policy which we didn’t love as I would like to be able to enjoy wine and beer responsibly while on vacation. We also had to clean the whole apartment before leaving (everything except for our bedding) to avoid an additional cleaning charge. Check in was easy.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and we loved the neighborhood as there were lots of restaurants nearby and it was in walking distance of many of the tourist sites. It is located in a very quiet building which we appreciated. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely location in Barcelona

It is a nice little flat in a great neighborhood in Barcelona. It is in a commercial building with an elevator, but that wasn't a problem for us. I recommend guests request that both beds be made up. I have light sensitivity when I sleep, so I would've preferred to have the other bed, in the darker of the two rooms, made for the mornings I wanted to sleep in. The woman who checked us in was lovely and accommodating. Overall, a top rating from us.

Lovely apartment in central Barcelona

We’ve had such a stay in Julia’s apartment. Everything was clean and as described, lovely designs and perfectly situated in central Barcelona with lots of shops, restaurants and parks around. The Arc the Triumps is right across the street and La Barcelonetta beach is just a short taxi ride. Although in the heart of the city the apartment is very quiet! We also found it easy to contact the manager of the place! Will come back again soon! Marinela
