This unique property, available for long-term rentals, is located in the heart of Barcelona's old city, just 50 meters from the Palau de la Música Catalana, 200 meters from Plaça Catalunya, and 300 meters from the Cathedral. Its privileged location allows walking access to the main attractions. The area is well connected and offers all necessary services.
The apartment is located in an old building that has not been renovated. It offers 160 m² of living space with 3.5-meter-high ceilings. It features a large open-plan main space of 85 m², a spacious entrance hall, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study room.
Please note that the main floor is located in an old building which is equivalent to a second floor and no lift.
The kitchen is centered around a large work island. The cabinetry along the side wall integrates the fridge and freezer, and there is an industrial extractor hood. At the rear of the kitchen, there is a pantry and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of small appliances.
All exterior woodwork features triple-glazed thermo-acoustic windows.
The master bedroom includes a double bed; the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be adapted as needed. There are two slate-tiled bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
