Our stay in this rental home was wonderful! We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed. We were not able to use it because the mattress was very uncomfortable. The beach was close as described and it was everything we could have asked for! We will definitely stay in this rental again and recommend it for future guests.

These are the things that reflect not getting an excellent. There were no oven pans,breaker blew had to reset, alarms beeped had to reset and worse thing was the washer went out of balance ALL the time no matter if you had a small load or not .We tried everything and called maintenance and didn’t fix just brought us some clean towels. So to wash our clothes was very time consuming (not good on vacation time). Sometimes we just had to wring the clothes. The house and community was GREAT though.

This house was perfect for our family trip! The house was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. The property is just a short walk to the beach and close to both miramar and destin food spots and shopping. The community seemed very safe and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so I wouldn't recommend this house for people with mobility issues.

Beautiful place!

This place was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our youngest members of the group are 20, 22, and 23, and they had a blast!

Property was as advertised. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was beautiful, private, but also easily accessible to both the pool and the beach. Beach chairs and wagon was helpful, although we simplified by renting chairs a few of the days. Beach staff was amazing to work with. We had one tiny maintenance issue that was addressed promptly and resolved over the phone. Would definitely return to this property!
