Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that you found the home beautifully decorated, comfortable, and in such an unbeatable Lionshead location—it’s wonderful to know it helped create special memories with your family. We’re sorry the snow conditions didn’t cooperate during your stay, but we truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for an even better ski experience next time.

Hi John & thanks for your review. We're so pleased your family had a nice visit & we appreciate you choosing East West Hospitality. PS Did you know our annual, 96-hour sale is happening today through Thursday? Great pricing on winter lodging. :)

We're so glad you enjoyed the amenities & our team's service. Apologies for the disappointing view-- please call reservations next time so that we can note your preferences. Thanks for staying with us!

We love totally fabulous, Andrew, & are so pleased you had a a great stay. Thank you for choosing East West Hospitality - we know you have many lodging options. Please come see us again sometime & happy holidays!

Thanks for your review & we apologize that you had an issue with the key system. We appreciate you staying with East West Hospitality as we know you have many lodging choices.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to outline both the positives of your stay and the areas that were disappointing. We understand your frustration regarding the earlier checkout time and the ski valet not being included, especially since these amenities are offered when booking directly through The Arrabelle. Being charged separately at the end of your stay for a service you expected to be included is understandably frustrating. We’re glad to hear the location in Lionshead worked well for your family and that the apartment was comfortable for a group of five. Your comments regarding the unit feeling outdated are also noted and helpful for setting expectations. Thank you again for your candid review. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a smoother, more transparent experience in the future.

Congratulations to your daughter & thanks for letting us be a part of the celebration! We pride ourselves on offering lodging that's great for staying together & playing together & it seems you did just that. Please think of us again when your travels bring you back to the mountains-- we also have properties in Aspen, Snowmass Lake Tahoe & Hawaii too.
