Casa Guglielmina is a characteristic apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Guglielmina you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. Casa Guglielmina is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Guglielmina from the street level along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that includes approximately 38 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Guglielmina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
Garden
The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the terrace. It is equipped with a table and two sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
