We were 3 couples staying for 10 days. Ages 58-64. First off, Franco, the property manager, is a wonderful gentleman who goes out of his way to please. He will sometimes bring his friend Vincenzo along for good measure.
Between the two of them, they are able to communicate just fine in English.
The property is a beautiful Tuscan enclave with citrus trees, gardenias, rosemary, etc. Great vistas of the city from all angles.
The villa itself is rustic but clean and well-kept. Loaded with all the amenities needed for a good stay.
If you need to count on wi-fi for daily activities, you will be best served looking elsewhere. The last 3 days of the stay, we had no internet whatsoever. The first 7 days, the internet was spotty and slow at best. And almost non-existent in the rooms upstairs.
I say this not as a knock on the property but more as a public service announcement to those who need to stay connected all the time.
