We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole area was kept tidy and clean. Would be nice with a washing machine at site, but there is a good laundry self service in Sieci just a few doors away from the best ice cream in Italy. Would go back and definitely recommend the place.

October in Tuscany

Sweet property on top of the hill overlooking Sieci. Beautiful view of vines and olive trees. Close to train and small town od Sieci. Long drive up the bumpy hill but worth it. Giovanni was very accommodating and guided us up the hill the first time. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved Casa Camomilla A

We loved Casa Camomilla A. It was perfect for two couples as each had its own bathroom and terrace. The terraces had wonderful views and we found the property quiet although there were neighbors nearby. The pool was clean and well maintained, we used it often. I would recommend Casa Camomilla A and loved its proximity to Florence. A car is definitely needed. The property manager was available and courteous. We loved the photos on Summer In Italy web site and feel that you accurately represented the property. We loved all the information available on your property description pages! We booked with you due to all the photos of the properties you offer, also your service was very efficient! It was great to deal with you! Thank you.

Overall Lovely but some challenges

We had a nice visit here with our family of 4, overall enjoyed it. We were not told about the security system that abruptly went off in the middle of first night (because a gate outside the closed bedroom door was possibly rattled in the wind.) This security system was not even set and still went off. It didn’t seem windy honestly in my opinion. But what I do know is my children woke up screaming because the loudest sirens you can imagine were blaring in our ears in the middle of sleeping. We didn’t really get anything besides it’s a “service” for guests, more like a disservice! There is. Sign posted that explains the security system but we didn’t see it after our long travels nor set it and it still went off. The positives were that we did have wi-fi and hot water. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms. The pool area is lovely. Pool towels are provided. You must have a car. The property is set off a dirt road so it takes a while to slowly drive in and out of town. The town is very limited and not cute. However this could be a nice home base to travel an hour here and there to nice places to visit. We decided go wine tasting, reservations required and visit San Gimignano and it was just what we were looking for. A beautiful drive through the Tuscan wine valley and a castle with gelato and shops. We decided to skip Florence based on the difficulty getting to it and based on other travelers reviews of it being busy, difficult to get to, and not that great.

Sweet property on top of the hill overlooking Sieci. Beautiful view of vines and olive trees. Close to train and small town of Sieci. Long drive up the bumpy hill but worth it. Giovanni was very accommodating and guided us up the hill the first time. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Camomilla A. The unit is clean and lovely inside. There are two nice bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The grounds are lovely. Using Summer In Italy was great. Your communication is excellent.

Lovely villa

The villa is situated about 20 mins by train from Florence. The villa is lovely and clean. The bedrooms are both nice and each has its own bathroom. The property is beautiful and the swimming pool is at the base of a vineyard. It was great to visit busy Florence and then return to quiet and charming Sieci. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.
