The heart of the house is the large traditional living room, featuring a sofa and a 40-inch TV, where you can relax after a busy day exploring Florence.
The house is equipped with 4 portable air conditioners (installed in the 3 main bedrooms as well as in the living room). The kitchen and the smallest room are equipped with traditional fans. The house usually stays cool even in summer thanks to its very thick walls, and its hillside location provides good natural ventilation.
The property includes two exclusive outdoor areas: one covered area with terracotta flooring and a large table for beautiful outdoor dining, and another area on a large terrace where you can dine or relax on sun loungers while enjoying the stunning, unique view of Fiesole.
The outdoor area belonging to the house is separated by hedges and planters (not fenced with a net) and borders another garden belonging to the adjacent house.

You can charge your plug-in hybrid electric car (standard plug, max 2/2.5 kW) for an additional fee.
Baby Package available upon request: €25 per stay. Includes a baby cot/crib with bedding, a high chair, and a baby bathtub (0–3 years). Advance request required, subject to availability.
The central heating system can be turned on only between November 1 and April 15, with a maximum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius, in accordance with local regulations. A fireplace is present but cannot be used for safety reasons.
During the summer, air conditioning is provided by 4 portable units, covering the 3 main bedrooms and the living room. There are fans in the kitchen and in the 4th bedroom.
A car is required to reach the house and get around.
